Smart, Schofield, Lunceford & Shorter Review

I have worked with some great attorneys here at this firm. Brad Schofield helped my son out of a jam and continues to be our family friend to this day great person and amazing lawyer. I am working with Sarah now for an accident and she is always keeping us in the loop and very helpful when it comes to any worries you might have regarding your accident. I am sure the rest of the team is just as amazing so if you are looking for attorneys give them a call!!

Schofield is extremely unprofessional he showed up to court looking like he just rolled out of bed and showed up. His clothes were wrinkled looked like he had something unspeakable on his pants .. Anyhow need I say more .

I was given Sam Barker as a reference for a good attorney. He rarely answered the phone, returned messages, or met with me. The more I tried to converse with him about what was happening with my case, the more the receptionist said he was busy or out of the office. When he showed up for our one court hearing together he explained how he was living in his parents basement because he had lost all his money gambling on horse races. In fact, before the court hearing he told me he had to have over $3000 by the next two days to pay his bookie and needed me to pay my bill right then. He was no help with my case and actually made the situation worse. I fired him that day.

I can tell you without question or hesitation... this law firm has been a blessing at every level to our family. Sam Barker and Brad Schofield have repeatedly found the solutions we've needed over the past 10+ years. Going thru a horrible divorce, they have kept things fair and absolutely fought for our rights as parents. The extra time and patience they've proven has been unbelievable. They are the best! Had a consultation with a Rachel on the phone. I have a hard time believing she is an attorney because she provided absolutely no advice. She said "I don't know" and "uhhhh" more times than I could count. Not a good way to build clients' confidence, and a terrible way to show your "expertise".

I have been using this firm for 15 years. Since 2002. I originally liked there service the last 2 years they have not been of any help. They just tell me i will have to write a letter or make the phone calls my self. I dont need an attorney to read a letter to me i need advice. Heather has been worthless in my opinion and of no help. I will be cancelling my prepaid service. And just start paying directly for and attorney somewhere else. Recommend mot using this firm. They don't care about you.

Whether it was a family favor or desperation for a case, the company image and standards they care to uphold are low enough to send a cease and desist order to a college girl for using some dish soap on behalf of the roommate who has a history of lying to management and violating the lease agreement. "Professional" corporation...

If you have this law firm assigned to you when you got signed up with Legal Shield DROP THEM!! They are worthless! Gave me generic useless feedback. When I asked them a question attorney said "how can I put this nicely". So many others situations to mention but not enough space to type. Trust me they are not worth your time.

Completely dropped the ball with my case, ending up with a default judgement and no notice until the letter for me to appear in court to pay the Labor Commission. Would NOT recommend.

Brad schofield is an amazing attorney I ve always used him when I needed a lawyer! I had a dui case and if we took it to trial we would of had it taken off but I was okay with getting it plead down to a reckless driving, which they rarely let you plead down from a dui!!!
