My one star rating has nothing to do with the quality of the business. I have no opinion regarding their work. However I am giving a one star regarding the lack of professionalism of which I was forced to be on the receiving end. One of your employees, in full company uniform and presumably on lunch break, decided to prompt me with a completely inappropriate question while in my place of business. He had asked me if I "fool around on the first date." Now because I am also in a business uniform and representing my company, all I could respond with was "That's very inappropriate." As far as I'm concerned, your employee should be representing your company with a sense of professionalism and not sexually harassing a young female who is only trying to do her job. It is immensely questionable if this behavior goes unnoticed especially if your work is contracted for private residences. The man in reference is tall, curly grey hair, and presumably in his 50's. I work in a sports grill and I do understand that we get our fair share of sexual harassment but I will absolutely not tolerate such behavior especially by someone in full uniform, representing another company. He has made me feel uncomfortable and worried about the possibility of him returning and harassing other employees, many of which are under 18.

Fast & great customer service excellent from Bill. We had an outage in our building and Bill was quick to assess and provide generator support for us.

Bob and his team were amazing in the time leading up to Hurricane Irma. At the last minute, they came to our house (TWICE) to repair our generator that went "on the blink" just before the hurricane. I have been a customer for 10+ years and will continue to be an advocate for them with this type of service, attention, and care. His tech's (Bill and Anwar) were amazing.
