I've been going here for years! It easily is one of the best places for great food and service. Sometimes, it gets crowded, but it's definitely worth the wait since they also work very quickly.

My sandwich was good and we ate on the back patio-- but it is so hectic in there! It's mass confusion and wall to wall people. If you are looking for a calm dining experience not the place.

This place is always fun to visit. Fresh local produce and seafood, a loaded cheese room, a mind blowing deli counter, and a bakery suffered with fresh baked breads and decadent desserts. I love taking people there.

The sandwiches are awesome..that's all I ever get but I'm certain everything is awesome..can be very busy and parking is always available but you have to search

This place is great!!! they have an entire room dedicated to cheese and wine, another closet type area filled with spices. There's a kitchen gift shop and another part of the building. They have an entire Delicatessen in there. They make sandwiches, they serve prepared foods that you can have heated up and take home and eat. There is an entire Wing dedicated to desserts! You have to go there once in your life at least, I'm there about twice a week.

While I enjoy looking and getting certain items, I hope to not have to interact with 1 employee. All others have been pleasant and understand customer service over the years however 1 needs a course on how to treat people. She is just plain snippy and annoyed. I understand policies however she does not need to bring them across as if she were the Mazzaro's police chief. I will continue to go however I will avoid this woman to keep from telling her how to speak to people.

Excellent the hot Italian was the bomb and pasta salads I would be going back if you we're open on Sunday but I will be returning from plant city in the near future

This place is not only a market but a destination! There is branded merchandise and photo opps, eating areas inside the garden and out. In addition to Italian delicacies you can find all sorts of gourmet sauces, dressings, candies, cookies, condiments and more. There is a deli counter, meat counter, bakery counter, wine counter and cheese counter. Each counter will provide you with samples to help you make up your mind. You can pick out your food, have it prepared and take it out for a picnic. There is staff everywhere to help you navigate the store and find exactly what you need or answer any questions you may have. The isles are usually crowded with excited and sometimes overwhelmed shoppers but it is a very fun place to visit.

Really wish they were open Sundays! The place is packed Saturday mornings and the smell of roasting coffee wafts into the street on Mondays. Newest find: prosciutto chips!!

Best selection of Italian pastries, pastas, bread, meals to heat, cheeses in Tampa Bay. Great coffee bar. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had the #7 sandwich. It was amazing. Prosciutto, Sopressata, fresh Mozzarella, Hot Capicola and sun dried tomatoes. Definitely worth a 2hr ride. Market has a huge selection of Italian specialties and more. Bread was amazing as well. Adjacent building is a gift shop/ kitchen supply store.

Very popular destination. We tried to stop by right before they opened on the day before Christmas, and the line was about a block long, people waiting for the store to open! We stopped by a few hours later and it was crowded, but not nearly as bad as first thing in the morning

Disappointed! I ordered take out 2 Paninis and when we got home and opened the box and there were 2 double burgers instead. Augh! We could not eat them.

Not the best place to have a hot Italian sandwich. Hot to me is not putting the roll in the microwave and putting it in the oven. NOT A TRUE ITALIAN SANDWICH

The employees were friendly and the food is delicious.

Great selection of cheese, meat, and salads, plus great subs and the only place that consistently has San Benedetto Peach Tea, which is very tasty.

Mazzaros is my favorite place in the world! From the chees, to the pasteries, to the meats and prepared foods, there's so much to taste and experience at Mazzaros. And everything is top notch!! I even got my birthday cake here last year!

Lively place, lots to see, and the sandwiches are really good. But crowded around lunch time, but everyone was very nice and helpful.

I could have spent $1000.00 in this place. Home made pasta and desserts. I was in foodie heaven

I absolutely love this place. The food is fantastic at their various spots to grab some grub. Large coffee selection and huge wine selection. The music was extremely nostalgic and brought me back to fond memories with family. There is a grocery store filled with all the items you will need for your authentic cuisine! Highly recommend. Its very busy but worth a stop in.

It was unbelievable I went there today and had lunch, my lunch was awesome to have such a good selection of everything is true Italian food, I can't wait to go back.

LOVE THIS PLACE. THERE IS SO MUCH FOOD INSIDE THAT PLACE THAT COULD SUSTAIN AN ENTIRE CITY IN SYRIA. VERY ITALIAN...VERY BUSY...VERY GOOD QUALIFY OF ALL TYPES OF FOOD. THEIR TOSCAN BREAD IS EXCELLENT. ON THE HAND I FELL RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR DOOR LAST YEAR...I COULD NOT WALK FOR 5 DAYS...I MISSED WORK WHEN I WAS STILL WORKING AT THE ST PETE BEACH HOTEL...I CALLED THE MANAGER THERE HE SAID HE WOULD LOOK IN THE VIDEO AND CALL ME BACK...BUT HE NEVER DID...SO I LIKE FOOD BUT THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE NOT REALLY...VERY INCONSIDERATE WITH WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.

If you are looking for that something special , that you had from Grandma's house. They have it .It is a restaurant, a deli, and a meat market,and store.

We love this little market. We stop in for a hot lunch and then visit the meat counter to take something home for dinner. Great selection of wine, cheeses, pastries and coffees

WPRTH THE WAIT. WORTH A VISIT. WORTH DRIVING HOURS FOR!!! My oarents live in Spring Hill, about an hour and 15 to an hour and a half away from this amazing place, and every time I visit them, I make sure to brave the Tampa/Orlando traffic to visit Mazzaro's. Not only are the prices mind-bogglingly low, but this place does NOT skimp on ingredients. Everything is FRESH FRESH FRESH, top of the line ingredients amd oh my goodness, please chocolate lovers, go try a brookie! You will thank me. Lol
I literally pay a friend to buy me a muffaletto from their deli and bring it with him when he drives up toward Jacksonville from St. Pete. This place is a goldmine of food! Foodies, you won't regret your visit!

Please keep in mind, this place is BUSY, so be prepared to wait in lines unless you catch them on a slower day.

If your Italian...this is the place to visit..makes you feel right at home in your favorite market ....

The lunch deli sandwiches are yummy and a great deal. The trick is to call in your order 30 min ahead of time and try to pickup before 11am or be prepared for a crowd

Love the cheese and wine selection. This was my first time here and I have to say I was impressed. They had a hug selection of wine and a huge selection of cheese. I grabbed a pre made pizza I could put in the oven and called it a day.

I love this place ever since I was introduced by one of my Vietnam bodies and my neighbor where I used to live in Sebring and every time I come up this way I have to pay my respects and come here I don't care how much I got to spend the money's worth it the Italian bread the coffee especially the Luigi and all the good stuff the beer the the cheese wine the bakery and all the pasta and all the goodies they got in stock I appreciate everything in here and every time I come there and for all outsider I highly recommended all right now

10 stars. Absolutely an amazing store with amazing foods. The only place to shop for those who love great food, baked goods, produce and deli. I will be here anytime I am in St. Pete. And if I moved here would want to be in walking distance it is that good.

Highly recommend a visit to Mazzarro's if you're local or just visiting the St. Petersburg area. TONS of delicious prepared foods from sandwiches to desserts/pastries & fresh bread and MUCH more!! I've been shopping here since I uncovered as a college student in mid-90s for the subs. Now most visits are to feed my family with a variety of options in a pinch. Very affordable and always a crowd pleaser!

Wine was awesome! Mr Blue eyes at meat counter was very sweet!

Products, decor and employees were fantastic and authentic, but the other customers were incredibly rude, slow and constantly getting in the way. Trying to navigate through the store was like walking down a bustling New York sidewalk.

Hard to find San Danielle Prosciutto, so this is now my favorite place!

Fantastic Italian market. They have a great meat department along with a deli. Were you can get items that you can't find any were else in Florida. No matter were you live the drive is worth it. Did I mention they have a bakery department were you can get freash baked breads and cookies along with other pastries. Again check them out you will not be disappointed.

This was my first visit and was very happy. I'm so excited to see the ingredients I need to make recipes that I learned while being in Italy this past June. This will not be my last visit. I don't mind driving from Davenport for great products!!

While I have only been to Mazzaros less than 5 times, this place is a must stop every time I visit my parents in Clearwater. I always take my mom to the housewares building and visit the tea counter. The lady behind the counter is amazing with her tea knowledge and I always get my mom a new tea to try. Not to mention all the cool kitchen gadgets. Then it s to the deli/bakery/coffee bar/ store. Just amazing foods. Be sure to get an authentic Italian coffee or amazing sandwich then finish with an incredible Italian desert. Love, love, love this place, you will too,

Hey - I have visited this place for many many years - living only blocks away from it - I decided long ago that it was WAAAYY over priced - over rated - over crowded ! I LOVE their breads - and this is the BEST bread in town and a value at the reasonable prices they charge - only $.50 =$1.00 more than what you would pay for a loaf at the super market and no where near the same quality or taste or presentation.
Now - for the rest..I have purchased various ready mades from the deli -including lasagna varieties. For the price of a square (approx. $6-7) - NOT WORTH THE PRICE - for a few more bucks you can go get nice fresh hot lasagna with bread, salad , soups etc at Olive Garden at a nice sit down table with great waiters - you can get MORE & BETTER & FRESHER pasta at any number of local Italian restaurants Italia Mia etc for cheaper !
As for the bakery - well they make SOME yummy looking stuff for a HEFTY PRICE - BUT BUYER BEWARE! My wife just bought a Cannoli Cake from them 07/25/2015 for a party - I was AMAZED that the cannoli shells were filled with WHIP CREAM - I COULD NOT FIND ONE BIT OF RICOTTA CHEESE in he cannoli shells - nothing but cheap white cake - cannoli shells , whip cream and chocolate morsels ! AT $22 this was a COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!
