Overall, great flavors, textures, presentation and service. As a starter, we tried the Pulpo (octopus) y Sesos(brains) with lentajas(lentils). The lentils seemed border-line undercooked but offered a texture contrast to the octopus and brains; the flavors were excellent. For our main courses, we chose the Pappardelle (with osso buco) and Risotto de Chupe con camarones(basically, risotto in the style of a seafood stew). Both of those dishes were outstanding. For drinks, we had a cocktail of Pisco and an artisanal beer, both of which were excellent. One negative point: we were offered water not realizing it was an additional charge: 15 Soles for a glass of sparkling water? Aside from that, it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant
