It's a nice beautiful restaurant, food is not the best for the price, we have been twice, probably will not be going much, because the food is not that great, mybe because they are new and just trying to figure out things. We had 5pm reservations for six , which they seemed to be confused and set us way back in the bar, it just was not right. It will be a while be fore we give it another try.

Absolutely fabulous food and service! My wife and friends were all impressed with the choices. Very reasonable pricing and all eight of us received our food at the same time by 5 people. I have been to the Met and El gaucho and this is our new spot! Not only the food but the entire space was beautiful. This will be an icon!!

Not gonna let the so-called owners behavior affect the workers here- who deserve better than a thug in the street menacing people with a taser- folks gathered to exercise their rights. Was looking forward to another visit to see if they had worked on some of the missteps we had- because service was good and their aim was high- but not know. Can t abide men who assume an angry black man is a dangerous man- refuse to give them my custom. Chefs, servers, workers- tell your boss to step aside and not distract us.

It was great ! The lobster roll didn't taste like lobster thou. It lost its flavor with probably the spices or something. But, no lobster taste. Made it boring to eat. And didn't really like it ! I'm from Oakland, Calif and have a favorite ice cream parlor with crab sandwich and great. Thought the lobster roll would be the same. Especially lobster from Maine. Why couldn't you taste lobster. It was blau. Sorry. Almost wanted to order the lobster luckily changed my mind. Maybe it wouldn't taste like lobster. Decided to buy one and broil myself. So sorry

I have visited this establishment a total of three times since its opening. The first time the food was over cooked, over salted and over priced. However, since they had just opened we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give it another shot since this was very early days.
The second time we had to leave after being accosted by another customer and when we called to complain that nothing was done the hostess offered little apologies.
The third and final time we visited the food was okay but the portions were tiny and still pricey. After seeing the owners behavior towards teenagers protesting (which was filmed and I'm sure you can still find on YouTube somewhere) I decided I was never returning. I can not in good conscience support an establishment that reacts so violently to community gatherings and I would advise any future patrons to make the same considerations.

Pretty nice place with great food for decent prices if your used to to Seattle prices, if your used to other places it s still a decent value considering the atmosphere that s unbeatable for silverdale with maybe an exception to the yacht club. But it s pretty on par with that depending on your taste maybe better. Chris is an above average bar tender and they re lucky to have him.

Good food and even better service. The servers gave their recommendations and from what I got I could say that they are on point. The only reason why this review is not 5 stars is due to the lack of times the server came to the table. And the steak came a bit cold

Very slow service although I admit it was pretty busy. However the 3 people in our party agreed that the food was less than acceptable. Tasteless cole slaw, burnt, dry baby back ribs, watery salad dressing, dry Rueben. Portions were adequate and the little cornbread muffin was delicious. Doubt we will return.

Clean and quiet. Food was really great, cooked perfectly. Amazing cheeses and flavors. Menu variety was also great in food and beverage. Prices were surprisingly modest for fine dining experience. Great service from door to check. Definitely will return.

We went there for lunch and service was very slow. I ordered the pork sandwitch. They ran out of rolls so instead I got a tiny slice of bread. They also ran out pork shoulder meat, so pork belly was added, and it was fatty. I wish someone told me this in advance, I would have ordered something else.

Food was good, service was good and the atmosphere was nice. Pretty spendy though so I only recommend it for special occasions. I had the hanger steak and my wife had the lobster mac and cheese.

We sat in the bar and were helped by Amy. I have never been attended to in such an amazing manner. The atmosphere was cozy and the food and drinks were delicious! There were 2 banquets going on and I was amazed to see so many staff bringing out plates at the same time so that the folks could eat at the same time. It was a great experience and I could not say enough about Amy!!!

Completely raw steak. They do not understand the proper temperature to reach your level of pink desired.

* In response to the owners message.

Your establishment is advertised as finer eating experience. The only go thing I would have to say about it was that the waiter was very kind and understanding. The demeanor of even the GM was abrasive. That fact that we didn't have to pay for dangerously prepared food is laughable. I could understand if it came out even medium rare, but it came before our appetizer and was blue rare. And after sending it back to be fixed was still blood red. No we don't want a gift card and free meal from you after it was proven twice to fail. This review is for future patrons to see and be more informed on their place of choice. Perhaps the couple that at the same time had to also send their food back, would have appreciated this review sooner.

Ok we really do like this place and it is probably one of the best spots in Silverdale/Bremerton. But we had reservations and still waited 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. We were a party of 4 and they sat us a weird bench and chair seating with 3 mini tables the type meant for 2 so it could of sat 6 and of course you know the tables were not matching, height wise, so that was a bit annoying. Anyways, the food was delicious but I was supposed to get a side Cesar salad ($3 extra) and it never came. And beware they price their items high. There was literally a steak dinner on the menu for $75. Also drinks are pretty expensive.

Our server Kevin was excellent! Drinks were quick. Food was delicious! Had an oyster shooter with no vodka for app. Best one I've ever had. Oysters are tiny and delicious! I had the braised beef gnocchi for the meal. Very rich, but I like a good strong flavor. Loved it! Portions are great, have lunch for tomorrow. Tried a bite of the octi, a cheese curd, and a piece of bread from the bread plate, all delish. $ Value was way better than I thought it was going to be. Will go back!

My and my husband went here for dinner and we have never went to a restaurant that served burnt chicken. We had an 8pm reservation with no rush and after all the places my family has frequent, this was the first we thought we could enjoy a night out. The waitress tried to cover up the chefs error in burning the chicken saying this was the way it was suppose to be. So, We tried to bow out so to go someplace else and instead she offered us a refund just to calm us down, not that we were mad. But, OMG, when I started to eat my chicken it crumbled up. The texture was the look of a cooked rat. The picture is fog, yet I am sure you can get the point.

Second time there, food was good, but nothing stood out. Took a while for service to start, but once we got the attention it was great. Has the opportunity to be great, just missing something.

First time here for lunch. Superior atmosphere. The selection was diverse, interesting, good portions. We did not leave hungry. Desert selection was simple yet elegant. We had octopus for appetizer, I had the sushi bowl for main and raspberry cottage for dessert, my other half had the rock fish for main and bread pudding for dessert. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend trying this wonderful place out.

We had the best afternoon at Maynard s. It s an absolute gorgeous and comfortable space. We sat at the beautiful new bar and were able to view one of the two TVs to watch the Seahawks game. The bartender suggested our beers and hit the mark. We had really great flatbreads and an awesome dessert. We can t wait to go back.

Wasn't very impressed. I made a reservation only to be asked to seat myself and my party in the bar, waited over 30 minutes for drinks, and over an hour for dinner to arrive on the table. The gnocchi was excessively salty, we had to ask for something else, and the replacement meal, of ravioli, was equally mediocre. Hopefully others have had a better experience than us, we probably won't be giving it a second chance.

There is two sides to Maynard's Resturant. Main Resturant and the Cafe/Market. I have frequented the cafe quite often, but have done the resturant side only once and was very impressed. I am addicted to the biscuits and gravy served at the cafe/market, Baked goods are fresh made in house daily and you Must try the pop tarts if you get a chance. You just gotta give this place a try! **side note: this resturant is a in house/fresh made daily seasonal menu kind of resturant, without that high ticket price feel.

The food was mediocre, service was not extraordinary, but not bad. The restaurant clearly is an attempt to cater to a specific niche group of diners that is not prominent in Kitsap( speaking as a native of 30+ years). This kind of restaurant/ dining experience would be more successful in the Seattle metropolitan area. The quality of meat is poor, they failed to provide a medium rare burger, I received a charcoal briquette. ( Last time I got the Jimmy Carter and the meat was way to tough). Not worth what we paid.

Awesome food. Beautiful view. We enjoyed the atmosphere, it had an upscale vibe with being uppity. I enjoyed the Greek Lamb Shank, my wife had the pork belly which she enjoyed. We are looking forward to our next visit

We have needed an establishment like this here! Delightful first menu! The smoked beets I hope will be a permanent item. So delish. The flatbread was amazing. I cant say enough about the service. I felt like a queen. Thanks guys!!!

We just had lunch and everything was excellent.
The chef came out and talked with us, made sure everything was up to par. We definitely will be back. I highly recommend the fish tacos, vampire pizza and the burger. We also loved the tomato tomatoes appetizer and Kitsap potatoes.

Dont know how long this place has been open I'm guessing not long. Atmosphere is outstanding and the place itself is beautiful. Best for foodies who like exotic food not your run of mill American food. My burger was horrible. Grease dripped off of it. Fries were good. Salad was fresh. Bbq pork was good and the beets were awesome. Waitress was slow and not attentive.

I just had a wonderful dinner at this resteraunt with a few friends of mine. To start off with, the building has a very upscale and clean feel to it. Not to mention, the view across Dyess Inlet is also very nice. It was somewhat crowded when we arrived, but we were seated in a reasonable amount of time and the rest of the evening was great. Our server, Mallory, was very accommodating, and also just seemed like a very nice and cheerful person in general.
The high quality of the food really stood out as well. My lentil soup was perfectly seasoned, and the tandoori spiced chicken I got as my entree was absolutely delicious. The veggies that came on the side tasted very fresh, and all the ingredients seemed very high quality. I plan to order the creole spice rubbed pork chop next time I go. My friend let me try some of his and it was honest to God the best pork chop I have ever had. I never even knew I liked pork chops that much. For dessert, I had the raspberry panna cotta. It was small but tasty, and a nice finish to the meal. Their drink menu also has several local options. The Finn Farmstead Currant Cider was my favorite and definitely worth a try.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and much more than I expected from such an ambitious new business. Highly recommend!

Late lunch, we had beer and wine. Ordered the Charcuterie plate. The waiter brought it under a domed glass filled with wood smoke. Nicely done, well played. They have boku parking, a espresso deli for take out, excellent doughnuts, extra space for private parties, a long bar and boku seating. Nice newish establishment, good groomed staff. Easy to find in Silverdale, saw their ad in my hotel room in Squim.

Amazing place. I went in a group of 11. Not one glasses ever went empty, when it was time for food a literal "Team" of servers would come out and help. The staff are amazing. I learned the actual owner works in the kitchen side by side with his employees which i think is super awesome. Definitely bringing the family. It can be pricey but the service and quality of food definitely out weighed the price.

Great food good drinks. The bartender was great and very attentive. I was very disappointed in the gentleman who was seating individuals as he yelled acrossed the floor at the bartender for whatever reason and it was inappropriate

Food is always a treat. Be sure before you order ask what the specials are, and go for it ! I have always tried something that I would never order and every time it was out of this world. Had one bad experience not with the food but the service. When my wife and I did not order drinks other than take my order never saw the guy again until I asked for my bill. Sometimes people like myself have things on my mind, but that guy should have taken the night off. I continue to go and have taken two cooking classes and love the evening.

Very nice restaurant. Very airy, lots of windows, high ceilings. Open kitchen.
Good food. My wife had the dip and really liked it. I had the bbq pork sandwich and it was good. Coulda used more bbq sauce.
Prices are competitive, maybe a bit trendy-high..

The coffee is so yummy! My husband and I hang out in the marketplace area to drink and play card games, it's so calm and peaceful. They were super understanding when I asked about avoiding dairy products, the chef and sous chef were there and so beyond kind!! Food is phenomenal and the customer service is amazing! The people there seem to truly enjoy their jobs!

Maynard's is doing their best to close the economic loop for our community- Support local farmers, local chefs, local staff, reap the rewards beyond the money that simply walks through the door. This changes the game in Silverdale. The food is fantastic! We've been needing more farm to table restaurants that celebrate the local farming community. Although the server didn't know much about the impressive beer list, she did jump on the opportunity to deliver a sample. I have no doubt the service will work out the kinks and will become a well-oiled machine. The food trumps any minor complaint I may have... seeing Harsh Farm's sprouts on the line made the reality of what they do for the farming community even more present.
