Great food and service , people are so nice love this place ,

Rude gaurds at Federal building in Billings Montana. Your gaurds need to learn to be more respectful not be a douche to people.

I went to the social security office in Bend Oregon and they had a security officer that works for this company he was very abusive and rude and actually threatened to call the police on me for asking questions.

The security guard at 2401 BelAir Rd named C.Washington tried to act as a federal employee of the Social Security Administration. I asked if there was a manager available since the previous SSA employee gave me misinformation and I couldn't wait several hours AGAIN then miss my Physical Therapy appointment. His unprofessional response was to take a number and wait until I was seen again. I tried to further explain; but he became aggressive and hostile. The remainder of the visit I didn't feel safe or comfortable. I was VERY concerned that such a "hair-trigger" person had a weapon.

MaxSent obviously doesn't clear or train their personnel very well. Especially to hire one that will fraudulently claim to represent a federal organization and verbally abuse a retired 100% T&P disabled soldier of valor.

This company needs to hire someone to check errors and spelling during the application process.

Good job helping ICE hold the line and hold people accountable for their actions!
