My family stayed here we actually had a benefit to go to it was the Florence Alabama celebration of the national augurations of Excellency I'm not quite sure exactly all the name of it but that's the best I can give you we were in the conference Hall as well as in the hotel and also in the 360 restaurant. As I highly recommended the 360 restaurant it was like I said before my other review is a $5 more than I wanted to spend because I am a bargain shopper but I would actually spend a $10 more just to see the view that I had you sit on the outside ring and you get to view the whole 360 area because it spins around. As far as the hotel always excellent it was beautiful the shower showers were awesome the hot dog walk of memorial Fame definitely would recommend and actually read all the info on the each person they were incredible people that lived in Florence alabama. Let me go back to 360 view you're going to see the whole locking dam which is 100 ft drop it is a third largest dam in the world it was number one in the world but now it is number three. As back to the hotel was so clean the like I said staff was awesome and excellent accommodating I forgot my hairspray they had it for me they didn't charge me it was just so wonderful I would highly recommend to stay there if you're having a benefit or a anything else to do with any kind of conferencing I would definitely recommend the hall that is beautiful so I would definitely definitely highly recommend anybody having a benefit or a conference definitely to have it there. A well-situated hotel with some nice amenities. Very traditional and frankly out of date. Some of the furniture is shabby. If a guest is a Marriott vacation club owner and accustomed to that level of resort, this place is a step down. If the guest is accustomed to a Holiday Inn, this is a step up. Stayed here on July 4 weekend and the pool was swarming with people. Inadequate seating. The 360 restaurant on grounds is quite nice. Overall, a good find for travelers who can drive here for a quick getaway.

Went to this hotel for a conference - workshop. Great space to relax and enjoy. Walking outside, riding to the traffic tower looking restaurant - swimming I. The pools or hanging out with friends. Looking forward to next trip to Muscle Shoals.

Great hotel! We ate at the hotel restaurant and also at the attached rotating 360 Grill. We really enjoyed the live band at the bar. Staff was great!

Fabulous hotel and the staff is so friendly and very welcoming. Beautiful rooms and the pool area is absolutely to die for!!! A must stay if you are ever in the area, I know where I'll definitely be staying next time I come through.

Ease of checking in, was in room 1104 that hall smelled like mold and mildew. We enjoyed the pool area. The room prices are pricey. I enjoy the weekend getaway and dinner at 360 Grille.

Hotel is nice and great pool area. There is an issue with a moldy smell in the hotel carpeted hall areas. I believe people swimming maybe coming in the hotel with wet feet. The hotel needs to put something other than carpet in the halls.

Very nice hotel. Ate in Swampers Bar n Grill on property. Excellent burger, cooked medium as ordered. Great live music by Mitch Mann while we ate.

Such a great hidden gem in the middle of Northern Alabama. After spending a few nights in a cabin on a lake, we needed the amenities of a 5 star resort. We certainly found it here. The pool was the highlight of it all, even if the teenager who determines "lightning strikes" made us get out because lightning was 30 miles away... The next day was sunny so we didn't run into the same issue. The hotel bar has live music and great food!
