Can't give them 0 stars so it has to be one... Customer service is terrible.

I tried to buy 3 Maxon GPSLR lift gates and all i can say that they are a joke. The only way to buy a lift gate is through their agents. An agent will direct you to a local partner from the area , in my case Las Vegas NV. The agent Christine Dossey referred me to Matt Miller that works for Cobalt Truck Equipment in Las Vegas. The price for one Liftgate was $22015. It seamed to me very high price so i called other Maxon agents to get the pricing . So far i received 2 other prices one for $14,600 and another one for $14,900. Overall very bad system with a bunch of crooks specially in my town Las Vegas.
My advice stay away from this company and if you don't be very careful what agents are you using!!!!

Wouldn't get a lift from these guys if you actually needed it to run past 5 years.

They have a very bad service they can t help you in anyway!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars but I can't one star is the best you could do I wish Google would change that because I would not buy any service from them or any lift they have horrible customer service and the reps are just rude I don't know why they act like that or maybe they think they have a monopoly over the business but there's plenty of places to go shopping to.
