I advised anyone who working for Maxpax Abner Rivera who is the Manager at Drane Field be aware of his favouritism and his flirtation with a female staff. He treats his Staff Builders workers unfair. NO consideration, No thank you and No respect.

I worked at maxpak through Express personell i wouldnt recommend working at this job it is very hot inside its hotter inside the building than outside they are unorganized on nightshift you suppose to work on j&L and it says your machine is off they try to make you work the weekend on another machine because everybodys quitting but everyday you come in its something different the supervisor Mike talk about firing people without their knowledge to other co workers behind your back they will fire you for calling maintenance on Baysek and you never know what your day will be like you or what machine you will be working on this company is very unorganized and it sucks supervisors tell other coworkers to give you orders and do their dirty work most unorganized warehouse and hot place I've ever worked in life work here at your own risk.

Never work for this company my cousin almost died from a heat stroke in the warehouse and they did nothing about it they ignored him and told him to keep working, and they have been working him like a slave for the past few weeks straight with NO days off!

If I could give 0 that would be the magic number. The drop yard is a muddy disaster, the yard guy dropped our 41k load in the mud, sank to the nose. Then come to find they loaded the whole amount only to the the 30 foot mark! Needless to say it did not leave the place because they could not get it right! The shipper not only got mad I wouldn't pull it being 1600 over but refused to rework the load. STAY AWAY!

They have always been good at sharing their production over runs with the needs of the Kathleen Methodist Mission. Seems like that is a bygone experience. I wish them well as well as a higher bottom line.
