Drove from home to get the order my wife placed. They couldn't find the order. The guy told me to check the roadhouse. Of course the roadhouse didn't have it. Drove home where my wife assured me she placed the order. I got to drive back out and they still couldn't find it. Turns out they put it under her first name only. And didn't think to associate the fact I had given both mine and my wife's name. I recommended they put orders under first and last name but the guy seemed to like his way better, saying "that's how we do it." Oh well, home to eat cold steak.

Arriving home approximately 2 miles away discovered the food cold(arrive early for pickup) no cheese on broccoli (ordered it with jumbo bake potato) , and no cinnamon butter for sweet potato on my wife's order. Receipt showed that we paid for cheese.

During this pandemic with all the restaurants being delivery or curbside, I really think that restaurants take advantage of it. They can get your order wrong, or food cold, not cooked to your liking, and all kinds of different things. Because they figure half the people won t complain anyway, and you re not dining in so it s easy to hang up the phone. That being said, I made about a $50 order from what used to be a good restaurant, or so I thought. They delivered it to us at a motel here in town. There wasn t anything about the order correct. All the food was cold, there was no silverware plastic , they had left items at the store, and never brought anything back. I called the manager, told him my problem and he assured me not to worry, he was sending me a gift card. This is where it gets really interesting! After a week or so, I received it. It was for a measly $5!! Wait that s not all! I then called them back, and talked with a lady manager. After being totally rude to me, and telling me the only thing they did wrong was leave some items at the store, and I should be grateful for the $5, she would take my name and number and get with the manager that was working that night, and see if they thought anything else should be compensated. After another week goes by, with no phone call. I call back, and wouldn t you know it, I get the same rude lady manager. She proceeds to tell me that it was all taken care of. They have me a gift card in the mail. This time, WOW!! It was going to be a whole $25!! When I proceeded to tell her that wasn t satisfactory, she took my number, said she would have the owner call me, then proceeded to hang up on me, once again. So I guess what it boils down to is, we got cold food for three, the garbage got it all, and I ended up paying the woman s hourly wage, so she could hang up on me!! Shame on you!!! Sorry so long, just wanted to let everyone know to , check your order before you let the delivery person leave. Chances are, if they mess up your order! You re not getting totally compensated!! Thx Miranda, you re the kind of manager I would want in my restaurant! NOT!!!!!!

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Had to wait just a few minutes longer than they told me to expect, but the hot baked potatoes were definitely worth it! They were still scorching hot by the time I drove home!

We ordered an appetizer that came out with the main course, who does this? The food was no more than just okay, but the service sucked. Most likely won't be stopping in again anytime soon.
