Hi, I had to resort to this because I have made a request to cancel my broadband and it has been more than a week without action. I am overseas I have been communicating via twitter. This is my ref no: C24229758. I am sorry that I have to resort to making a complaint here because so far there has been no action or confirmation that it has been cancelled. I have already paid the last owed payment and I do not want to pay for it again because I have stopped using it. So tell me what now? After the first day Maxis said that they will call me within 24 hours, it has been more than a week!! And I do not want to pay for further costs on this....
