During the last two weeks the alarm went off twice in a building on our premises during the evening hours. Luckily it was a false alarm, but both times Maximum Security personnel arrived without a remote control to open our electric gate (I had handed over a new remote to the first team) and both times the teams consisted of new staff members who had no clue of the layout of our smallholding and where to check for a possible security breach. I am truly very concerned about the effectiveness of such security services in the event of a real emergency.

Worst service ever!!! Alarm went of it took maximum 25 min to drive 3km it took me 10 min to drive 11 km. Although they had a remote they didn't even bother going in and check. One door was broken open maximum only said sorry...... Eventually cancelled with them and then arranged for the radio to be removed, they took the hypp as well that i baught when i phoned them their reply with an attitude was sorry will see tomorrow...worst customer service. End of the day they don't care at all about your or your family safety!!!!
