Very bad tour company. Poor management of their resource tie ups.
Made my old age parents and 16 other members all above of 60 years age stay on a helicopter station for more than 2 days. My mother and other 2 ladies situation became unstable and they did'nt provide us any help or support.Please do avoid this tour company.

They had to sleep on helicopter station for more than 2 days and the tour company did not provide us with any support.

I completed Kailash Yatra in Aug 2017 through Max Holidays. Their service is ok (2.5 stars out of 5) until we reached Nepalgunj in Nepal. After this point, they don't have any control of the Kailash Yatra trip. This is very unfortunate to know in the middle of the trip. They hand over their customers to one person beyond Nepalgunj. This person doesn't care about our itinerary in regards to important dates (full-moon dharshan kailash darshan) and quality of hotel (Most of the time they give bad quality hotels). The person in charge seems to not even represent MaxHolidays. When we question him for any unnecessary change in itinerary , he asked us to call MaxHolidays for clarification. When we called MaxHolidays, they didn't respond to our phone calls beyond Nepalgunj. POOR POOR service.

We did manasarovar yatra with Max holidays in the month of august 2019. Right from the start these people are unprofessional. Their staff especially meenakshi arora is synonymous to non response. The accommadations are sub par for the rates you pay and the horrible thing is the rooms are not pre booked at places. We had to wait to get accommadation. The food is the worst we ever had. They dont even care when we complain about something. The guide which these ppl say will leave us in the middle of the yatra. The tibetan guide after that is totally rude and doesnt even bother a little bit. Moreover they charge 40000 Rs for carrying the bag at the parikrama which is way too much and complete rip off from customers. There was a situation where we were waiting in the hotel lobby with no room and no food. Frankly cant say one good thing about the yatra. Mismanagament at every end. You will have a very forgettable experience and wish you hadnt visited with these max holidays. The worst is the people in their delhi office dont care. On top of that they charge premium rates over other tour operators. I still didnt understand what for they charged these premium rates. My request to one and all to not go with this organiser ever. These guys are horrible and the worst i have ever seen. Very Very unprofessional

A very professionally managed organisation indeed. In this tough time even during the lockdown they always kept us informed and assured us for the safety of our money invested with them. Me and my wife are also on board for the 2021 Kailash visit. Thanks to its Directors and staff for being so customer focused.

The tour was very satisfying and worth the money spend. The behavior of the Max Holidays Team was good and they were approachable when needed. To organize such a complex yatra of so many people is not easy. Overall full satisfied by their service during my Kailash Yatra 2019.

Just a reselling sales office is an understatement...freaking liars and cheaters.
Below is how they cheat.
1. Tell you that you and your family / friends are in one group.
Truth is you will be added with 100+ people group

2. As per the china visa rules all the group members have to travel/ enter/ exit together
Otherwise you will have to pay penalties.

3. They will not tell you how worst will the trip can get. The whole trip is climate dependent and nothing is fixed starting nepalgunj.

4. They will not tell you that the hotel rooms are filthy in takalkot and everywhere with no showers.

5. The guy who explain about the trip and the sales team have no idea in reality and they will false promise with what ever you want.

6. You could be lost trying to figure out who is the guide and when will it be your turn for the next destination.

7. They will not pay attention whether they take you at a good time or bad time to the manasasarovar lake as it will depend on the number of people on that day. If they take you in the late evening because of more group members or because of no buses you are screwed.

8. Once you pay them Max holidays will Not respond back to you .. if there is a issue you are in your own.. pls carry more cash.
Just the emergency helicopter from simikot could cost $5000. + guide commission.

9. Your life will be at their Mercy for choosing them. Forget about the acclimatization. They will make it so horrifying that you will see GOD before kailash multiple times.

10. Costed us 5x more to complete the tour.

11. They are not even primary agents/ they will end up selling us to tour operators like Shivam.

12. If someone says 5* .. they are probably max holidays sales team.

My recent travel to Kailash Mansarovar with family and friends was organised by Max Holidays. Everything was well taken care and superbly coordinated by the team of this tour company. I can say that it is surely not easy for them to organise this trip in remote lands of Nepal and Tibet where technical problems and weather issues are quite common to disturb your travel plans. Travelers who do not understand the technicalities of this trip and blame the company for delays or unwanted problems, they must not chose to go on this pilgrimage. I saw and met with many pilgrims blaming the agency for nothing, just to ensure to get many things for FREE from the tour Company. This is certainly a weird mentality of those travelers as the company and its staff is always putting their best efforts for our safety and completeness of the trip. MAX HOLIDAYS ROCKS! Yatra ke beach me hum logo ko kafi sari muskile aayi.lakine sari muskile max holidays ki team ne aasan kar di.amit, Prince and nikhil sir jaise log jab tak max holidays ki team me he tab tak hamare jaise dusre logo ko bhi koi taklif nahi hogi.is yatra me maine max holidays ka team work dekha.aisa team work maine dusre group me nahi dekha.baki sare group me to log aadhe se return aa gaye. lakin hum ne to 3 days ki parikrama puri karke aaye.itni sari problem's thi vaha pe ke koi bhi sath chhod ke chala jaye.lakin max holidays ki team ne kisi ka bhi sath nahi chhoda.hum log jaise ghar se nikle the vaise hi ghar pe return bhi aa gaye.i hope next time kabhi dubara hum logo ko kailash mansarover ki yatra ke liye jana hoga to hum log max holidays ki team ke sath hi jayenge.aur yadi hamare relative bhi jana chahenge to hum use max holidays ke bare me en batayenge. We, a group of 24 Canadian friends and families traveled to India in December 2019 with Max Holidays and we are very happy with the standard of services they provided to us on our tour to Rajasthan, Kerala and Mumbai. The head of the organisation Mr. Gogia himself was calling us almost every day checking with us about our comfort. Every part of the tour was just fantastic, the drivers were very friendly and efficient, tour guides were highly knowledgeable and above all the office staff of Max Holidays is superbly caring for their customers.We will definitely recommend Max Holidays travel services to all our Canadian and American friends.

Very poorly managed Kailash Yatra... pathetic ... all lies... even they have no control once you are in Nepal ganj. Will never recommed to any. CEO is so careless even after complaints he never feels accountable. They had no clue on our visa... no information that China rule is group entry and exit..one night at nepalganj I had to sleep on floor... as the room which can hardly occupy 2 people they had given to three / four pax...many things were wrong. They will just leave you on mercy . Cheaters in all ways.

It's like a dream come true when a good company like max is yours tour organiser when it's come to best point we can easily say they a good in everything. We enjoy a lot thanks to max holidays

Rajasthan has always been in my bucket list and finally my bucket list got a great start and I thank Max Holidays for this. I am in love with the beauty and especially the culture and traditions of Rajasthan. The most enjoyable part was the shopping! Can t get over the beautiful jewelry I bought from this place. The ground support by the local offices was tremendous, the drivers were very polite and professional, the tour guides we found very knowledgeable, the local team talked with us almost every day to know that we are comfortable and enjoying our holidays. My mother and other 2 ladies situation became unstable and they did'nt provide us any help or support.Please avoid this tour company if you want to enjoy during your vacation or tour.

We the family of four Indian travelers along with our three British NRI friends did a family trip to Char Dham and Vaishno Devi with Max Holidays last year. We have had no problem whatsoever. The company managed everything so well and gave us many beautiful memories. I recommend this tour company if you are willing to book a tour package in India.

We had booked our travel to Kailash Mansarovar in 2020 with this company, but due to COVID19 the trips are not operating. We hope to go in 2021 and I must say that this company handles its customers very humbly and professionally to satisfy them and their requirements. They have shifted my travel plans to 2021 without putting any penalties on us. We are thankful and we look forward to go to Mt. Kailash in 2021.
