We did manasarovar yatra with Max holidays in the month of august 2019. Right from the start these people are unprofessional. Their staff especially meenakshi arora is synonymous to non response. The accommadations are sub par for the rates you pay and the horrible thing is the rooms arenot pre booked at places. We had to wait to get accommadation. The food is the worst we ever had. They dont even care when we complain about something. The guide which these ppl say will leave us in the middle of the yatra. The tibetan guide after that is totally rude and doesnt even bother a little bit. There was a situation where we were waiting in the hotel lobby with no room and no food. Frankly cant say one good thing about the yatra. Mismanagament at every end. You will have a very forgettable experience and wish you hadnt visited with these max holidays. The worst is the people in their delhi office dont care. On top of that they charge premium rates over other tour operators. I still didnt understand what for they charged these premium rates. My request to one and all to not go with this organiser ever. These guys are horrible and the worst i have ever seen
