Great food and a great atmosphere. Plenty of options to watch the game while having a delicious meal.

The food was very tasty and the staff is very friendly. They have ample seating and even a large outdoor patio area.

New to the muskego/new berlin area and so loving mattys bar and grille! Great hangout place. Out of a coincidence we have had a young girl named Hannah as our waitress each time and the service given by her and the surrounding staff was out of this world and is the reason we keep coming back. The food has always been super yummy too. Definitely a fun time out on the patio with the fire pit and dog friendly

Was here for a catering event and they offered Beyond Burgers and vegan buns for me - very polite and nice atmosphere!

This place has great deals and an AMAZING veggie burger!

Quality has gone down. The onion rings were cold and had no crunch to them. My MIL got her soup after we had eaten. The buns are not strong. In order to prevent the juices from the burger destroying the bun, toast it first. It would be a much better burger overall on a toasted bun.

Outstanding corned beef hash! Lot's beef, sauted onions and peppers, just the right amount of potatoes. Paired with the best Bloody Mary I've had. Very satisfying!

Overated and expensive. Two burgers and two drinks turned out to be $50 dollars. Burger was not even that great. Food came out cold. $11 for mozzarella sticks really?? Waitress was rude and unnatentive. Will not go back.

Post COVID-19: Service and Food is great! We brought our dog to the patio for dinner.

The food was ok. We were there to watch the Rose bowl, as the bar cleared at the start of the game, the service got slower and the drinks got shorter. There would be an inch and a half from the top of the glass and the top of the drink. It is not a place that is worth going out of the way to get to. We will not return.

The fish fry was fantastic, unfortunately the bar service was slow and inattentive, friendly but I was ignored when I sat down at the bar and I waited 10m with an empty glass the next time

We have gone to Mattys frequently and used them for our catering at our wedding. They were very helpful with the whole process and helped make our wedding dinner and cake run smoothly. Our guest could not stop telling us how much they loved the sliders buffet that we had. I would recommend them to anyone! Very reasonable pricing for slider buffet as well! :)

Great food! They've done a lot to take the usual and make it "unusual" and delicious! Great beer selection too! Fun atmosphere!

I have coming to Matty's for years now and have always enjoyed the place. The food is amazing, the staff is great and friendly. Their $7.95 Tuesday builds your own burgers are the best. The live music and events they have are fun and welcoming. They support great charities and events (Special Olympics). This is one of the best restaurants I've been to. Highly recommend this place.

Outstanding as always. Atmosphere, staff and service is done right. Plenty of other places could take a lesson or two from these folks. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure an outstanding experience was second to none.

Stopped by for lunch on a whim, best food I've had in quite a while. I strongly recommend it to everyone. The waitstaff is kind, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is calm and collected. Prices are very reasonable. It has become one of my favorite places to eat.

Always a good place for a burger and beer. But the food here is much better than most bar-grills. Burger and fries w/ fried onions and horseradish mayo hit the spot.

I lived in muskego for 18 years and never been in this pub. The staff is awesome and the food is delicious. I will be a frequent customer.........

Food and service is amazing. Prices are a little bit higher but all worth it.

Food was good. Service sucked. Ordered a milk and had to ask 2 different servers where it was since ours wasn't around. Didn't get it until after dinner. Pricey. Manager came over and offered desert and even after we said no, he started telling our kids about this donut dessert they had. They were upset when we didn't get it for them. Not cool.

Wonderful dining experience. From fine cuisine to delicious smokehouse burgers.

Otherwise an ever day kind of place, doesn't stand out from the rest.

Matty's is the perfect setting for dinner and drinks with friends, watching a sporting event or hanging out with your sweetie. I have tried several items on their menu and have never been disappointed. The beer battered fish, open faced steak sandwich and smokehouse burgers are some of my favorites. The beer selection is phenomenal and we always ask to try the "new" beers that Max has brought in. Stop in to Matty's and you won't be disappointed.

Friendly service but Build a Burger special & order of fries were served barely warm.

Such great good, staff is awesome. Very attentive and friendly. Place is very clean, outside seating too. No bugs, live music during the day when we went. Relaxing and such an enjoyable experience.

Outdoor seating and special menu was handled very nicely. Social distancing in place and food was great. Had BBQ wings and Bourbon wings, burgers and hot dogs.

Great place. Sports bar type area up front, standard restaurant in the back ,and then a really nice outdoor seating area for warmer weather. Build your own burgers!

Always kind service, yummy (bar) food. They have high chairs for the littles and an awesome outdoor space with TV's so you can watch the game!

Went to Matty's last night for dinner, I had the beef medallions... cooked perfectly! Server suggested the old fashioned drink special, drink was excellent. Service was top notch. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and you didn't have to wait long for your food. The drink prices were very reasonable. It is a bar/restaurant so it is kid friendly.

I grew up in Muskego, and after a hiatus of many years, found myself in town for my daughter's softball tournament. The team went to Matty's for a late lunch on a Saturday 6/22/19. I was excited to eat in my hometown!

My impressions? The food was excellent. The menu offers a great selection, and the food was tasty and was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. While I did not have it, I noted that the menu includes a "Muskego Pizza Burger!" The Pizza Burger was invented in Muskego, and was for many years served at a small restaurant next to the former Muskego Elementary School. It was cool to see it on the menu at Matty's!

The atmosphere was awesome! The place is deceiving from the outside. The outdoor patio in the back is very large, and beautifully appointed, with comfortable tables, commodious umbrellas offering respite from the mid-day sun. Our server was top-notch -- warm and friendly, a fine ambassador for the business.

Our only issue was the way that adult beverages were charged out. My wife had a Tito's (vodka) and Lemonade. She was charged $7.75 for a double shot of the Tito's, and then, separately, $.50 for a "tall glass," and then yet again separately $2.50 for the lemonade. I had two double Makers Mark glasses on the rocks. I was charged a more reasonable $10.50 for the liquor. But bizarrely, I was also charged $1.00 for a "tall," even though my drinks were served in rocks glasses. And then I was additionally charged $4.00 for the ice! Very, very strange indeed! I'd advise you to watch out if you buy liquor there. I mean, they have a full bar inside, so you'd think they could manage to charge out a drink without charging you $4 for the ice and an additional $1 for the glass!

Despite those hiccups, I'd recommend Matty's. I still have extended family in the Milwaukee area, and I think I'll bring them by sometime.

My brother flew in from out of town so we decided to take him to enjoy Matty's! 6 of us enjoying great drinks, appetizers and dinner. Order the Mozzarella Logs and the Loaded Chips as apps and they were great! All dinner entrees and the Black Bean Soup were terrific! Our server, McKenzie, was fantastic! Quick, responsive, funny and pleasant! Made for a great night for all of us. Matty's is a gem in New Berlin!

Awesome selection of crafts along with wines and other spirits....food was also just as desirable. It gets busy, A good sign of a solid business...

Food was pretty good, however it took over 50 minutes to receive our meal. I'll try again and see if this was only a fluke

The service was bad .Some waitress had issues .They brought appetizers with main course after we told waitress we wanted before our food came .When we got our food it was not good .The chicken was raw .The burger did not have anything but bun and meat .You need more options beside pick or no pick . Waitress no other option .

First time at this place, and for a busy Friday night, I was very impressed with the speed with which we were seated. Only waited about 10 minutes (Party of 2). Our server was very attentive for the first 15-20 minutes after our sitting down, but slowly it seemed to be more sporadic. We were done eating, and waited about 15 minutes for our server to come back and offer our bill. Food was great tho. I ordered the lobster brisket sandwich, and my friend got the beer battered fish fry. Besides the mediocre service, I would come back.
