They give false promises and don't do anything to help you. I had been calling every week and I just get the run around. Lie after lie. Not straight forward and no eagerness to help. I had interviewed for a position the client really liked me offered me the job, but Shelley just kept saying they haven't given me a start date. No reason no explanation. I spoke to the client personally and was told they were planning on not working with this agency as they don't think they are professional. The client asked that I apply directly with them. Worst agency I've ever used.
