I enjoyed working with Reuben Jones, and I would definitely seek him out in the future if I find myself looking for a job. He is very personable, professional and courteous. 1 name. ELLE CRISTIBOL. She was beyond all expectation in refrence to help me. I actually like the whole team they were all nice and helpful from start to finish but elle she takes the cake. I usually have a problem with temp agencies because they usually end with empty promises but she made me a believer. I told her on a monday that i was looking to work asap. The next day i was at a interview that friday i was back again for my second interview. One week later on a Monday i am working. The job i am at exceeds expectation. Great environment. Great people friendly, helpful and they even have a onsite gym! Elle worked with my schedule knowing i had my children on certain days she accomodated to that and fit me in for the interview around that. She fought to get me a higher starting wage. She went above and beyond for me to secure my opprotunity. I truly thank God for people like Elle and the Mattson team. I spent the last 30 years in a particualr industry, and with only 2 different employers. About a month ago, I had a recruiter from Mattson Resources by the name of David Reifman reached out to me - informing me of an opportunity for an executive position with a company that is in an entirely different industry. So, after a month of interviewing with several layers of leadership, up to the Board of Directors, I was offered and accepted this position, which, I must say, the position included a very lucrative total compensation package. Almost a year ago, I, a struggling college student, started looking for internships to help me gain job experience for the "real world." I worked with Erla Isaac for looking for Sr. Manager/Director level positions. Really positive experience with this firm and SPECIALLY with Erla. The key to search firms is to at least get the interview and the connection first. Erla was fantastic in getting interviews going, but what differentiates her (or this firm) from other firms is this:

1. She is prompt in getting back. She gets back in less than 24 hours.

2. Highly communicative! Not only she preps one for the interview, but also follows up to get a feel of how the interview went! Very few recruiters do that!

3. She introduced me to various companies, not just one. This increases MY chances of getting a job, but increases her work exponentially too. I didn't necessarily see that when working with other recruiters.

4. Friendly and caring. She puts the job seeker first! I accepted another position that I got directly with a company, so obviously Erla lost revenue, but she still was congratulatory and continued to communicate well to me. She knows how to foster relationships, which is very important to me. I WILL go back to her first in my time of need and will help her if she needs good candidates. She is a true relationship builder and that will help her and the job seeker a lot.

5. She gave me a good variety of options of jobs, including expat assignments. So she is not constrained to a specific area or a role if you don't have geographical constraints.

6. She was always available and used to work after hours too! I was amazed of the effort she put in. In fact, she was the only recruiter that would get in touch with me about jobs and follow-ups after she got home.

Overall, Erla is a fantastic recruiter and had a good experience with her getting me interviews and having good and open communications. I wish Erla all the best! Will certainly work with her again.

Where do I begin.... Going through Mattson Resources Temp Agency helped me get the dream job that I have today. I interviewed with the lovely Lori Singer, and she recognized my passion for design, so she wanted to find me a job that fell into that criteria. It took a few months (and I almost thought she had forgotten about me), but not 2-3 months later, she gives me a call to tell me she has the perfect job for me. And boy, was she right! She set me up on my interview with the company, and had me starting the very next Monday. I was a temp for about four months, and the company decided to hire me on permanently.

She was such a great help through everything, and was always a pleasure to talk to. I recommend her to anyone I hear of looking for a job. She's great!
