My entire experience with Mattson Resources and specifically with Sean Goulding exceeded my highest expectations. I consider myself lucky to be contacted by Sean as I was about to pass out on the job posting that ended up to be perfect for me. He was extremely informative, right to the point, explained all of the job specifics and details that were not apparent from the posting, immediately got in touch with a hiring manager and got me an interview. Through the entire process he basically held my hand ensuring I am clear on where and when I need to go, who to contact, explain specifics of the interview, who are the players and what they are looking for. He followed up after each interview with the company, notified me about the results, gave me a very clear indication of the pay range to expect and gave me the advance notices on when to expect the actual offer.
