It states it's an incubator. But believe me it's a co-working space on steroid. The place was pretty awesome when Howard Tullman was heading it. But now, just another rental property spot... Innovation has weened out of this place, not much of it left.

Being a MATTER Startup member, the most valuable thing about MATTER is its community. The well managed physical workspace is where you can serendipitously meet some of today s healthcare trailblazers. The friendly, helpful and competent MATTER team, as well as the many MATTER mentors continue to support us as we grow Tell Health. The well curated events and workshops are a great way to get informed and learn how to build a successful business.

Impressive place with lots of spaces to do meetings and activities. Quiet corners to do work abound.

MATTER is an incredible place! If you have an idea or business in the healthcare space, irregardless of your physical location, MATTER brings their A-game to get you into the game. As a non-profit, they will do everything to help your idea become the success you know it can be. The modern, polished concrete floors, glass walled offices, and library-esque space are great for getting real work done, but also not so stifling you feel like you're in a library. Business happens here, and it's exciting to be a part of this community!

Great incubator for entrepreneurs. I beleive it could be more successful than 1871 given Chicago's medical industry.

The flower quality is consistant and high quality. I must say however the battery has died on 2 of the few disposable vape carts the, ones with .3 in them. I had about .05 eft each time.
