Just had another visit to Athans Motors and I have to say, I am continually impressed. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Billy and the entire Service Department crew absolutely rocks! They are so knowledgeable, talented and forthcoming in telling you what is wrong, what you absolutely need now and what can wait. I actually drive from the city to have my car serviced at Athans. Not to mention, the waiting room is like being at a spa! I am so grateful that I finally found a dealership that I can trust for everything sales, service and top-notch customer care. Thanks!

I've been lots of places for service, and it's always the same story: they overcharge you and try to sell you the service you don't need at all.

But "Athan's Motors" is different. The prices are affordable, great customer service.
Guys are professionals, they know what is better for your car, and always ready to give you an advice.

I recently bought a used Audi at the Morton Grove location. When I went to finance the difference of my trade-in, I was absolutely assured that the best rate they could get with my 797 excellent credit rating was 4.25% with a major bank. I subsequently found out at the bank's website they offered 3.25% (which I automatically refinanced ). These guys had jacked up the finance rate a FULL percentage point!!!! Two stars for the car, zero stars for the integrity of the sales staff.

My friend recommended that I take my cars to Athans Motors for service. It has been a great experience. Excellent service, timely, they do work only on what is needed and their price is fair. I am taking both my cars (Porsche Carrera 4S and Cayenne S) to Athans for over two years. My partner and some of his friends are taking their cars to Athans as well and they are very happy also.

There are no guarantees or anything promises after buying any used car here. I bought a used car for $5000, they claimed to have it in good running condition. Soon after I took it to Midas and found out it needed $1500 in vital parts needed to be replaced . service at automatch was pretty thorough though. I have no complaints with it, but I wish they could've been more friendly and less business-like and fast paced to a first time car buyer like me.

Purchased a 2004 Jeep Wrangler in April 2015. We drove 1.5hr home and the jeep shut off, it's now August 2015 and our Jeep is in the shop again for the 4th time. We should have taken it to be checked prior to signing papers, our fault that we didn't. You would think that a company like this would thoroughly service a vehicle before selling it. Definitely will never purchase from here again. If you purchase a used vehicle from here be advised to take it somewhere else to be checked.

Had a great experience with these guys. Everyone there was courteous and professional. My salesman, John, was very attentive and helped me get the deal and truck I wanted. Business was taken care of quick and easy.

This place is awesome. Makes you want to get an oil change. Highly recommend if you have a German car. I took my Audi Q7 to Midas and they completely messed up just an oil change. So glad I found this place and they're even cheaper. Included a complimentary carwash too! Like a dealer without the crazy prices.

I was unsure about where to take my 2005 Audi S4, but when I talked with Billy he not only made me feel comfortable, but ensured me that they work on many S4's as well as a lot of high end automobiles. Though they are not an Audi Dealer, they treat me and my car as if they are, and do the same quality work without the Dealer pricing. I recommend Athens Motors to anyone and everyone. Their attention to detail, and catering to your specific needs is phenomenal. Not only have they been the only shop to touch my car since the 1st owner sold it to me, but they have a deep basin of knowledge and have made recommendations that go above and beyond my expectation. They never take advantage or overcharge. They just do good work and make sure all of your needs are taken care of. Thank you Billy, Kathy, Rob, and everyone on the team at Athens Motors.

in my opinion, this is by far one of the worst place to buy a car from; i had a really bad experience dealing with them , what a nightmare .. from the sale people to thier management .

to make the story short, i bought a car from them and paid a deposit and sent a cashier check with the money and found out that the car was SOLD and they don't have it , i was lucky that i was able to cancel the shipment of my cashier check and when i called them they said "oops sorry" .. the sale person didn't even call me back to apologize.

they try to attract you with their prices but the moment you start a financial transaction with them .. ouch, you are in trouble.
