was incredibly impressed with the quality of interpreters sent and their ability to adapt to on site changes/requests per the client. It was greatly appreciated. I'm an interpreter for this company and I can tell you I've had nothing but a poor experience with this company. The way they pay is questionable. My issue was as a new interpreter with this company I couldn't get a straight answer about payroll. I called the day before Thanksgiving and spoke to a supervisor in accounting. All she did was complain about how she had to stop what she was doing to whomever was talking to. She tried giving me the guilt trip to not have to answer my questions but they're paid often to do their job thanks to us doing our job. Today was supposed to be when I received compensation for services but nothing. When I called and spoke to payroll again, whomever answered the phone, rusty hung up. At that point no one from HR management or anywhere else was calling me back no matter how many messages. If you want to be used and abused, great company to work for that'll do that. If you don't care about your money you work for, by all means apply.
We use Masterword services to communicate with some of our clients. They are always ready and able to handle our requests even if it is last minute or on the weekends. Whenever we have to use any type of language services, they offer solutions. We mostly use the face to face interpreters, but we have also used them over the phone to interpret. Can't wait until we can use the video interpretation at our office. Keep up the good work!
