When I arrived at the medical center, the lady at admission was polite and welcoming. The man who completed my financial information was equally friendly and helpful. As I got ready for surgery, all the members of the medical team were comforting and professional. The nurses were great! The anesthesiologist; as well as the interns, took time to explain everything as they gathered information for my anesthesia and administered the nerve block. I couldn't have asked for a better team! They all deserve a 5 star rating.

Post Op treatment was extremely disappointing and the reason for my 3 star rating. The nurse seemed more interested in getting me out of the hospital than for my well being following surgery. I won't reveal the areas she fell short in patient care. Let's just say I am not happy with how I was treated.

Because of the excellent care that I received prior to surgery, I would definitely go here for any future surgery.

I recently delivered my surrogate baby here and it was by far the most amazing birthing experience I could've asked for. The labor and delivery nurses were amazing. Krista, Amy, and Randall in particular. They made me feel so at ease given the situation. Amanda in postpartum was a wonderful nurse as well. She made me feel completely comfortable and was extremely helpful and relatable. By far, best birth I've had. Thank you so much!

I ve had to deal with most of the valley hospitals over the years, either as a patient or having someone I love being cared for. Without a doubt, Mountain Vista has the best overall staff I ve ever dealt with. I ve had the option to choose between Mountain Vista and other facilities (2021 has been a rough year ) and I know I ll be taken care of with professionalism and compassion at Mountain Vista, so it s always an easy choice and I ve never regretted it. Awesome place filled with even more awesome team members!

Worst ER experience ever! Nursing staff rude and unfriendly! Nursing staff with no compassion! Horrible care. Brought by ambulance, but not seen by a doctor for 2 hours.ER doctor was knowledgeable. All this place cared about was only one family member with patient at a time. They had more security guards than hospital staff. Stay Away from this place.

Delivered my baby here via scheduled c-section. Entire experience was great. Felt completely involved, attended to, cared for, and comforted. Hospital and rooms were so clean. Nurses and doctors were friendly and attentive. After having my other two kids at Mercy Gilbert I was scared to go anywhere else, but my experience was fantastic here and I would highly recommend it. My OB Dr. Adamson with Steward Women's Health was great and I highly recommend him also. Complimentary celebration dinner for two of steak, shrimp, asparagus, potato, cheesecake, and sparkling cider was AMAZING as well!

The nurses have been a Godsend. They are so nice and they are extremely helpful. They answer all my questions and have put my mind at ease during this trying time.

I have a loved one in the ICU COVID Unit. You cannot visit inside the room but you can view your loved one through a window from the outside and the nurse will put them on the phone for you even if they can't speak the nurse will put you on the speaker so they can hear you.

You must go to the EMERGENCY entrance and security will direct you to the correct window so you're not peaking into another patients room. Just make sure you tell them you're visiting the COVID unit in ICU and the room number the patient is in and they will walk you over to the correct window.

Great experience! I went in nervous not knowing what to expect. I immediately was put at ease by the technician. The whole test was easy, quick, but still felt completely thorough. The technician was kind and professional. Explained everything prior to the test and as test was being done. I was given instruction on what to expect afterwards. The scheduling process was easy and quick as well.

If they had negative stars I would put a negative star but because you have to put some sort of a star I put one. I have been fighting this claim for over a year now I was told by my primary care physician to go into the hospital due to covid symptoms and because covid was so new at the time in March of 2020 that was my best option. I went to Mountain Vista Medical Center Mesa AZ as it was the nearest hospital to me. They isolated me in the covid area for a very long period of time, then putting me into an exam room, also for a very long time, 3 staff members entered all dressed in hazmat. They told me there was no testing available at that time as covid was so new and New York was receiving all of the tests or what have you at that time. The only way they would be able to test me would be with a chest x-ray to see if there's any signs of what they assumed was covid in the chest. So I agree to do that. They did not code it correctly they coded as entering the hospital with shortness of breath even though I had all the symptoms on the check of list. Coding only as chest x-ray due to shortness of breath, I am responsible for the bill. Under the Trump mandate that covid testing of any sort would be free of charge I contacted an attorney. They informed me that your insurance would have to pay 100% of any testing for COVID-19. If you didn't have insurance it was then free. Because they refused to recode the bill correctly, I have been sent to collections. My attorney has contact them, the insurance company has contacted them asking to have the bill recorded correctly as a covid testing procedure and they have refused. After following up with my primary care physician they had deemed me that I did have covid and escorted me out of their offices through the back door as not to contaminate the rest of their facility yet still the hospital will refuse to code correctly.

Convenience, extreme caring and professionalism at its best. From check in for surgery to discharge, I was impressed with how I felt like the most important person in the world. The planning around this medical center is amazing. Primary care Dr. And Ortho Dr. In an adjacent building connected to the hospital. It's a one stop shop, so to speak.

I recommend this Medical Center with great enthusiasm!

And a huge THANK YOU to all who were involved with my visit!!
