Good Mfg Environment & Growing Progressive Organization
Having worked in a number of Mfg environments, MasterNet is among the best I've experienced. Uniforms are provided, the plant is clean, safe and generally a good culture. While maybe not perfect (what organization is), the Management seems genuine and respectful of the concerns and suggestions of people. If issues are highlighted, they usually get addressed quickly.
The company is lean and be expected to perform the job you were hired to do. As such with a smaller lean company, there are opportunities for cross training and advancement for those willing to show initiative. I find people to be respectful and collaborative in advancing the capabilities of the company, which is also good for the individual.

From what I hear through former and current employees. No one cares for the well being of the workers (operators and people working on the floor). No structure for future growth, terrible relationship between employees, supervisors and managers. As of recently, I was also informed that workers are being told to work in a hot facility with NO water fountains and only fans are being utilized and hot air circulating. I am not an employee however this is very unacceptable for those who are employed here. If still nothing comes off this, I will personally report the harsh working conditions for employees to the authority with the hope of this being escalated. Employees are the linchpin of your business, treat them with respect and you will grow.
