Great place, better than massage envy for same monthly rates

Eva was my massage therapist wonderful hour and 45 minute massage would go back again ,very clean.

The ladies who did my back she was the best when i get some more money I'm going back

This is a wonderful place. I am an older male (70). I never would have thought I would have gone to a ... spa ... for any thing, yet I love the facials here.my therapist is always Great and makes me feel so good I actually feel younger.
My therapist name is Geneva and I cant say enough good things about her SHE IS GREAT.

Zukeykha (probably spelled that wrong) was absolutely amazing. I felt awesome after leaving my appointment with her. She is so knowledgeable, i felt completely comfortable and relaxed and she was very attentive.

But in all honesty, I have yet to have a bad experience coming here. The front desk staff is always so kind and helpful and all of the therapist are great at what they do.

Bad customer service.
I have some isues with my membership
And i asked to talk to managemant,
And i have not been able to talk to manager
Because she is in a meeting, or out of office
Or she is off
Now they made mistake abd charged worng amount to my bank
And made me over drown
They told me we will refound you back in a few days, but you have to take care of your bank

I Went in for a Facial my esthetician was Foxy she did such an amazing job making me feel relaxed so relaxed infact I did fall asleep and when I woke up I had gorgeous glowing skin I didn't even bother to put on face makeup on she will definitely be my go to esthetician from now on!

I found this location online when looking for a place to book a gift for my sister. I called and spoke with Khine. She was kind, knowledgeable, and gave me all the information needed so I could decide what I wanted and book those Services. I received a text reminder the morning of which I appreciated. When we got there we were greeted by Bella. It was pretty, clean, and we were taken to a quiet, secluded area to fill out their electronic forms. We didn't wait hardly at all and were called back. I had a facial with Zoraida and it was AWESOME! She was easy to talk to and did a fantastic job. My skin glowed. After my facial I was taken to their HydroLuxe massage table for my complimentary dry water massage. That bed was incredible. I feel as if I had an actual massage. At checkout Bella told me about a deal I could get since she heard me saying I needed to make this a regular occurrence and did so in a way that was very straightforward without any pressure. I did it because i definitely want to go back! I even got a referral bonus when my sister decided to do the same thing! It was a very relaxing, fun time and everyone I encountered made it even better. They did not ask me to provide or reward me for a review. I thought others needed to know this place is great. Also, my skin feels and looks even better today!

Front desk staff is very misleading. I had booked an appointment but was never actually booked by the receptionist. Wasted my time that day. I decided to rescheduled because I had never gotten a facial before and I was offered a promotion. Sadly, I was duped into getting a membership. They offer you a $10 facial and weeks later when you call and ask why you re billed $60 then they tell you they need to get their money back by billing you those $60 the next month and not letting you cancel until the billing cycle is complete. I was shocked they made it seem like they were the ones loosing out on money. I suggest you don t offer promotions then. I have yet to hear back from their regional, as promised, in regards to a refund. Maybe they forgot that too.

I had a great experience here at massage luxe. Starting with customer service every one was nice and polite and the massage was great! Mia did an awesome job. I will be back

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The masseuse was extremely nice and according to my mom, he was so good with his hands, she wanted him to marry her lol. A MUST have experience. Just booked another appointment with them. Thank you Bella!!! Very resourceful front desk clerk.

I called Massage Luxe Addison to see if there hydro luxe machine was working, the receptionist assured me it was! Me and my husband got the massage it was horrible for the both of us we both felt as if our 11 year old had massaged us! No pressure or firmness whatsoever, then too top it off the hydro machine was broke that they said or claimed was working!

Very friendly employees treated me like family and like they have always known me Andrew was the perfect fit for me he knew all the right spots to massage and all my pain is gone thank you a ton I definitely will be going here every month

I went for a massage 2 weeks ago and it was horrible , the lady was asking for tip at the beginning of the section . I paid $130 for what was suppose to be 60 but ended up receiving 40minute massage. I was not upset about the time but what made me furious was that She had the small white CC swipe machine with her and ask for tip at the beginning . Although I did not tip her because of the horrible service , you should make sure your employees know not to ask for tip at the beginning of a section . I am a consultant and i can tell you that ,with that type of employees,your business will go down hill . That was the most embarrassing massage section i have even been thought. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME . DO NOT ASK FOR TIP UNLESS WE OFFER

Had a good experience with the couple's message. Wife was a little uncomfortable getting completely undressed and they were OK working with that. We used a Groupon and had no issues.

Customer service: Not great. Front desk forgot or just didn't book my appointment for the following day. I am glad I called before my time slot to confirm. They had no clue. They told me come in and a therapist would be available. So I did, yet I had to wait 30 minutes...? Very confused.

Therapist: Good for basic relaxation though he was referred as their best masseuse. I've had better massages from a massage school and Massage Envy.

HydroLuxe bed: Planet Fitness hydro beds are better.

Terribly disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for 4:00, gave my credit card info over the phone to verify the appointment, showed up at 3:45 as requested but was told upon arrival that I was not scheduled until the next day. The gentleman behind the desk remembered scheduling me but the girl behind the counter said that she wasn't aware of my appointment therefore it was not valid and really didn't seem to care I am a doctor who operates under a very strict scheduling guideline and even had to move a couple of patients around to make this appointment. I will not go back!

Very clean, professional, good massages with options of strength and style

Happy with the people at Luxe Massage. The manager, the people at the front desk and the masseuse are all friendly and competent. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Have been there three times so far but look forward to a bi-weekly routine. Yesterday I read that massage helps reduce cortisol--the stress hormone that helps make us fat. Another motivation. WoW!

Best service! Enjoy my monthly massage and weekly hydromassage too. The staff if always friendly and helpful.

My first and last time here as a new customer. The worst greeting from front desk team and didn't offer me any water, unlike the lady across me in the waiting room. Rude selective service and didn't even say thank you when I left. There are plenty of better massage places in Dallas.

This was my first time at Massage Luxe getting a massage and it was awesome!! The ambiance of when you walk in and when the front desk person takes you to the back seating area is so inviting and relaxing. The mood is set just right and my masseuse Ms. Eva was awesome! She always checked with me to see if it was the right comfort level and if I was ok with certain areas being massaged or not. I liked it so much I bought a membership!!

I wanted to get a really nice spa membership from this place I ve been considering it for a long time but based on the last comment I will not be purchasing it I don t want to waste my money

Made a 10:30am appt, came in early as they requested. 45 min into the wait, they discover their therapist is not there, has not even come in that day. They tell me to either wait until their lead therapist drives in from fort worth or come back at 6pm. which totally ruins all the plans for this special day planned. Crazy part is there's no apology at first when the male receptionist tells me. It was like well it happened so when do you want to reschedule? no respect for my time or the fact that they ruined a special day that was planned out. The blond guy at the front had 0 customer service skills, the hostess at least tried to apologize and offer some recourse in that she'd let the GM know. Needless to say, first time there, bad experience. I guess you get what you pay for, although it's their promotion to get people in. 1st impression, lasting impression...Disappointing...embarrased...Didn't get past front desk, but if it's telling of the service, I wouldn't waste my time.

My very first visit here. Made an appointment for me and girlfriend. It's a very nice, friendly, professional and RELAXING place. We did the 1 hour combo of feet and hands massage. It was so relaxing I fell asleep. I'll definitely go back.

This establishment is full of cheater's they tell you something and do something plz don't fall into their trap and give it details like credit card information and ur personal information
They charge you without informing and they do it monthly
When u question them they say write an email to corporate but it is all a scam

I love this place! I have never had a bad experience with any of the LMTs or the front desk. Everyone is always very helpful and welcoming. I have a membership and it comes with unlimited use of the hydro massage table - best thing ever! I go in between massages and it is a great way to unwind after work or before work.

I've been coming here for almost 5 years and really enjoy it for the most part. Very clean and Nate does a great job! However, the last 2 visits they have turned off the aqua massage table and closed up early. This is included in the price and service so it would be nice to be able to use it!!

Would definitely recommend. Got the specialty massage from Groupon. Masseuse was very attentive n let me know what she was doing and why. Will definitely go back. If it s ur birthday, let them know ;)

The massage was nice but the service was not. I paid around $130 for a 60 minute full body massage that was supposed to relax me but some russian lady kept trying to make me become a member of this place the whole time and my massage ended up getting shortened 10 minutes because of it. Oh and also, all she kept trying to do was hurt my back by putting pressure on all the muscles there. I could see she was not trying to relax me. Sorry I couldn't attach pictures because they wouldn't let me take pictures over there probably because they were scared I was going to write a bad review about them. I've been very stressed about my school final exams and this made my day even worse

For my first facial i had an amazing time here....i am definitely coming back soon. Everybody was so sweet & its very peaceful inside....i loved it.

I have a massage once a week. This a very clean environment and skilled therapists. Zuleykha is very skilled and relieves my pain. I have a deep tissue message and I am very pleased.

I must have passed 20 massage therapy studios to go to MassageLuxe in Addison, but I found an awesome offer on groupon. I was a little put off by a picture that prominently display in their business and website wherein a pretty young woman lying prone on a massage table is looking directly at the camera resulting in the illusion that her eyes are following you anywhere you stand.
Anyhoos, the LMT that I got scheduled with was Stephany, and she did the best massage that I have ever gotten in my life because she carried on conversation during the entire hour. I always thought that this was forbidden for massage therapists, so when she started asking me questions I was a little scared. I soon realized that LMTs are allowed to talk.
The place was clean, and the table was heated (which I enjoyed immensely) and staff was professional and friendly.

I ve tried to like this place but after my massage session I placed my 60d cancellation notice. The massage therapist was rude and kept critiquing how I was not placing my arms, shoulders, and chin the way she wanted it... but I ve never have been instructed to do so much in a massage. It was not relaxing at all. Also the front desk staff is not very friendly and they re not competent on the information they provide you. I processed my 60d cancellation notice on Dec 21 and the girl had instructed me I had 30d left to use it since my last draft (my draft was Dec 14). I corrected her and said no I have more than 30d and she said oh yeah you re right.

I used to work as a front desk staff for a massage place for 2 years and the bad customer service and experience I ve had at this MassageLuxe location is nothing like it. This is also my first google review I ve wrote but I felt like I had to share.

Hey everyone do not go to the Addison, Tx location since they are a scam business and mislead and misrepresent customers there. Also there front office staff and managers are rude and disrespectful and no help to clients.

Bought this on Groupon. Not only did my therapist make me feel uncomfortable but they try to trick you in order to up charge for additional services. By far the WORST message I have EVER had

My experience just now matter of fact with Bethany the front desk attendant was horrible she was short and rude I felt I couldn't ask for the services I needed as if they just don't need the business. I'm sure this is a direct example of how I will be treated if I decided to keep my business here.

I had a deep tissue massage with Biofreeze added it was wonderful Eva was my massage therapist she was great

Whether you want a facial or a massage, this is the best place. The people are warm and friendly and they know what they are doing. Swedish or deep tissue, they will have you feeling energized or relaxed as you please.

I am livid because for the 2nd time in a month period, I was cancelled on last minute. I already suffer from anxiety/panic attacks, and look to things like massages and facials for stress relief; but instead my anxiety got worse today to almost a panic attack from the receptionist making the whole situation even worse. In both cases, the appointments were CONFIRMED the day before, and in both cases I had scheduled my day s appointments a certain way to be able to do all that I had to do. Not to mention the extremely disappointed feeling after having anticipated a nice relaxing afternoon/evening.

The first time was for a massage , which I got called one hour before, to tell me it was cancelled, and the 2nd time was for a facial, which I got called 2 hours before to tell me it's cancelled. So horrible, after anticipating a relaxing evening and planning my schedule around these.
They are making it very difficult for me to cancel my monthly membership. She fed me BS to sell it to me to begin with, then more BS today that she couldn't print a cancellation form until I've been a member at least 2 months. She supposedly called the manager who said he'll just deal with me tomorrow. So now I have to have the headache of contacting them tomorrow. I went ahead and signed my name on a piece of paper with a note that i'm cancelling membership and if they make me return when they already have my signature, I will take this to Better Business Bureau. If anyone out there has dealt with situations like this and has good advice to help me in how to get my money back and cancel my membership, your advice would be appreciated. I ve contacted my credit card company and will cancel my credit card tomorrow if I have to, but I hate to have to that as it s linked to so many things like my Amazon and other online accounts.

Zuleykha, the name of my masseuse, is seasoned and skilled. She knows how to find those tight muscles and loosen them up, sending a shiver of relaxation down my spine. The people at Massage Luxe are friendly and always ready to please, the manager is especially nice, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. After the massage there is an opportunity to use the water massage bed which just adds to and already perfect experience. Five stars for Zuleykha and Massage Luxe.

I like the atmosphere, all the staffs were nice and the massage therapist did a very good job. She educated me on how to release some tension on my neck. I signed up for a membership and that s my 1st time there. I rarely leave review on google, only if I m very satisfied or very upset. I really recommend them to anyone living or working near Addison.

It was the worst massge that me and my fiance we have ever gotten, the therapist was in rush and used her knuckles to massage which wasn't any soothing.. last 10 minutes was over the blanket massage which I have never seen that before. I bought an hour deal but it was over in 50 minutes.
Will never go back!

Will never go back! Gave them several years of business and lots of referrals only be cheated in the end. I had at least two hours left in my account on my last visit in September of 2018 and decided to go month to month at the rate of $20 per month until I could use up my 2 hour credits. I called last week to schedule a massage and I was told I didn't have any credits and I was on the month to month rate until I used up my credits. So how am I on the month to month rate util I use up my credits but you're also telling me I don't have any credits? My response was "So you're telling me I don't have any credits and you've been charging me $20 per month for 6 months?" I never would have gone month to month knowing that I didn't have hours left so I don't believe that to be accurate at all. To think I was going to reinstate my membership. Moving on!

The messages me and my wife got where lack luster. I give them 3 stars only because we had a groupon and my wife made the appointments for the wrong location and they honored their groupon price. Front staff was great.
