I am livid because for the 2nd time in a month per...

I am livid because for the 2nd time in a month period, I was cancelled on last minute. I already suffer from anxiety/panic attacks, and look to things like massages and facials for stress relief; but instead my anxiety got worse today to almost a panic attack from the receptionist making the whole situation even worse. In both cases, the appointments were CONFIRMED the day before, and in both cases I had scheduled my day s appointments a certain way to be able to do all that I had to do. Not to mention the extremely disappointed feeling after having anticipated a nice relaxing afternoon/evening.

The first time was for a massage , which I got called one hour before, to tell me it was cancelled, and the 2nd time was for a facial, which I got called 2 hours before to tell me it's cancelled. So horrible, after anticipating a relaxing evening and planning my schedule around these.
They are making it very difficult for me to cancel my monthly membership. She fed me BS to sell it to me to begin with, then more BS today that she couldn't print a cancellation form until I've been a member at least 2 months. She supposedly called the manager who said he'll just deal with me tomorrow. So now I have to have the headache of contacting them tomorrow. I went ahead and signed my name on a piece of paper with a note that i'm cancelling membership and if they make me return when they already have my signature, I will take this to Better Business Bureau. If anyone out there has dealt with situations like this and has good advice to help me in how to get my money back and cancel my membership, your advice would be appreciated. I ve contacted my credit card company and will cancel my credit card tomorrow if I have to, but I hate to have to that as it s linked to so many things like my Amazon and other online accounts.
