Smart and friendly, Big Byte Computers is always my GOTO (old programming joke there) shop for anything PC related. I've had a number of computers built by them and I've never been disappointed. Mike (the local PC tech) definitely knows his stuff!

Mike at Big Byte Computers was GREAT!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose/repair my laptop quickly at a very reasonable price. I originally purchased my Lenovo laptop brand new at Best Buy about 4yrs ago with their garbage Geek Squad service included. Well after 3yrs my screen would not turn on. Geek squad diagnosed what they believed the problem to be was the motherboard. While they could not guarantee replacing the motherboard would completely solve the problem at a cost of over $400, I may still have had to get other repairs done. Mike was able to repair my motherboard in 1 day at a cost of only $100!!! For an extra $20 he was able to find the cable ends online for my Bose computer speakers (my crazy ex girlfriend cut them off) and repair those as well. Ladies and gentlemen, drop Best Buy & Geek Squad and come to Mike at Big Byte Computers...these guys are the legit pros!!!

I was properly greeted and then helped by a super great guy named Neil. It took him a few minutes and he figured it all out and got it working...without charging me or having me buy anything!

I m not the most experienced with computers, so my terminology is very lacking. Mike was able to figure out what I needed extremely fast and saved me from having to run around Best Buy like a chicken with its head cut off.

I don t usually leave reviews, but the people a Big Byte Computer know what they are doing! They figured out the problem with my computer and worked with me on getting it fixed. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs their computer to be fixed, or serviced.

The guy there was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and suggested options instead of being pushy like a Geek Squad person. He completed the work professionally the same day for a fair price. He even dusted my computer as a courtesy.
