Went into the Petaluma location. I received a facial by Deborah and it was absolutely wonderful. Honestly the best Facial I have ever gotten and she really targeted my problem areas. She took time to look at the ingredients cause I'm allergic to aloe so she made sure i wouldn't have a reaction and took the extra time to explain exactly what my skin needs .I really really enjoyed my experience. I love Deb!
Terrible service not worth 65 a session go to Jessie jing way better for 25 dollars less appointments all day.
I booked a massage this morning due to two weeks of debilitating migraines. Approximately one hour prior to the appointment my neurologist advised that I not be given a massage due to the shots he would be giving me the following day. I called and instead of receiving sympathy I got talked over by the extremely rude and unprofessional staff including the manager and they refused to refund me my money without a doctors note. I found this to be extremely unethical not to mention illegal and I will be pursuing legal action against them. Now I understand why they have been sued numerous times and I feel saved from what could have been a disastrous experience. I am also disputing the 50% charge they placed onto my credit card. Avoid this unsympathetic and utterly inhuman establishment!!
The management is HORRIBLE!!!!! The massage therapists and facialists are great.
The first time I visited the receptionists thought I couldn't hear them but they were poorly talking about me. I had a great massage so I decided to forget about the catty receptionists and scheduled a massage for my birthday. they called and canceled on me without offering an alternative or additional time to another date. Never going back.
They never have appointments when I need one. When I first joined I could call any time and get an appintment that same day. Can't do that any more. I am a last minute person and need one today
and never can get an appointment on the day I need one. Would like to cancel my membership. They tell me I have to come into the shop to cancel. Why cann't I do it over the internet and get a refund, of two months. I am stopping them drawing it from my account.
I have always had such a good experience at Massage Envy because of Serena at the front desk. She is always so friendly and knowledgeable about everything, and always making me feel so welcome. When I have called in and have talked to her, she is always able to help me right away with my questions. She's a keeper!
Terrible experience. I booked a one hour prenatal massage for my wife. When she arrived apparently it was a huge issue that I booked it for her and they made her spend 30 minutes filling out extra paperwork. They told her I should have booked it for a guest . Well that was never shown as an option in the booking process. The receptionists were annoyed and acted as all this was my wife s fault, even though there was not an option to do it correctly . After 30 minutes of her filling out paperwork she got a 15 minute massage from Della. She said Della did not use nearly enough lotion causing most of the massage to be almost painful.
All in all, awful experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know. I would advise you to steer clear.
My 60 minute facial only lasted 43 minutes on the table. Prices have been super inflated compared to quality
massage envy is amazing sorry about your coupon not working but alot of coupons are sometimes not good at places not the companies fault , also im a member and the intro rate is 49 for a hour and they treat you like gold!
Unfortunately Massage Envy Petaluma has gone down in service since when we first signed up a few years ago. Originally they were just great, had good massage therapists and were very responsive when calling it, etc. Something happened about 6-8 months ago however and the massage folks began leaving the outlet in droves. Hard to find a good one now and hard also just to get a hold of the office to make an appt. I have been calling for weeks now and it either goes straight to voice mail or I get the mailbox is full message. If I do manage to leave a message never do I get a call back. Such a big, big difference from only a year ago. I do hope that ME petaluma gets there act together or we will be moving elsewhere.
