They never have appointments when I need one. When I first joined I could call any time and get an appintment that same day. Can't do that any more. I am a last minute person and need one today
and never can get an appointment on the day I need one. Would like to cancel my membership. They tell me I have to come into the shop to cancel. Why cann't I do it over the internet and get a refund, of two months. I am stopping them drawing it from my account.
