I am a first time patron who was prepared to become a repeat customer, perhaps even a member. I booked my appointment through the app. I selected my service, the firmness and my aromatherapy add-ons. I get there and as the front desk receptionist is going over the procedures, she mentions that I won't be able to ask for increases/decreases in pressure because I'm booked with Frank and he only does deep tissue. Pardon, but I specifically booked a medium firmness service. I double checked multiple times, and Frank was listed as a masseuse that provided medium, firm, and deep tissue massages. She goes in the back to speak to someone, comes back out and says "okay your appointment has been removed, so your good to go. I don't know why the website says that. Sorry about that." Huh? I'm dismissed just like that? No offer of a discounted service due to the miscommunication on YOUR part? No offer to do the legwork to get me rescheduled asap? I will not be returning to this establishment. And it looks like I should have read the reviews before booking anyway - poor customer service is a running theme at this place.
