From the greeting at the door to my service provider Brittany K. , to the scheduling if the next app was fabulous. Brittany s check in with me prior to the service was professional and courteous. She was careful to check my skin and recommend services that were needed. I left feeling informed and knowledgeable about the services I received! My skin is glowing! She is making this 55 year look amazing! She is THE BEST!
Very professional and pleasant always at this location. I've had Mendell who is very good and I always come out of there more relaxed. Charles is very good and listens to whatever it is that you are looking for in your massage. I've also had him for stretch as well and he was so good with it that by the time I got to my massage session I was pretty much loose because this particular day I decided to treat myself to both services. The aromatherapy is a nice touch to add to my massages. If nothing else treat yourself well and enjoy the experience there with a good group of people.

I ve been a member of Massage Envy for many years. The staff is amazing and professional. Paul W. is very knowledgeable when it comes to massage. He listens to my concerns and focuses on the areas I mention to him. He always knows when to adjust the pressure and when to just help me relax. D Andre is also a great masseuse. You can t go wrong with either one.
I have been going to this Massage Envy for almost 2 years now and have seen a number of massage therapists, they are all great! I ve never had a concern or problem with the therapists, the front desk or the facilities. I do prefer the light to medium pressure so I can t comment on any therapist that specializes in the deeper pressures.
For this last visit, Ariel was great for my prenatal massage. She did a quick but thorough chat to make sure she addressed my concerns during the massage. She also used some techniques that I hadn't seen before which helped me relax and relieve tension in my "squished" 6 month pregnant body. My previous prenatal massages were still good but Ariel is now my go to for the rest of this pregnancy if schedules match.
I was impressed from the onset. The professionalism of the staff, explanation of services, what to expect, if you had questions or concerns during the massage to let the masseuse know, etc., blew my mind. Eric was simply out of this world. 1. He's gorgeous. 2. He explained what he was doing at all times. 3. Asked about the pressure (gentle, intense, too much, ease up, etc); and, 4. PROFESSIONAL from beginning to end. He remembered my daughter and told me to tell her "hi".
WoW! The massage was intense but well needed. Once you wrap your mind around Eric giving the massage, the soft and relaxing music, and just let go, it's an experience that you want to keep reliving in your mind over and over again!!! I will most definitely tell the women I know to book their appointments with Eric regularly to tap into his positive energy and the Massage Envy establishment as a whole.
I loved my experience 150%.

It doesn t matter what day of the week I come, the entire staff is always friendly & very welcoming. I have been a member for almost 2 years now and it s the best decision I ve ever made. I started coming for therapeutic massages to recover from work & now that I m a new Mom, I have more of a reason to escape here for me time. I love masseuses Erica & Ariel. They are truly talented at what they do to have the capacity to heal people with their hands.
DeAndre is a wonderful massage therapist. He listens and really focuses on pain areas you mention. He keeps great notes and checks on areas of concern. I've been a member since this place opened and I always look forward to my visits. Trevor is also wonderful. He gets all the kinks and knots out of my back as well. He has shown me different stretches to do that I benefit from. Either one of these gentlemen are excellent therapist. They are my "go to guys". The staff at the front desk are also extremely professional and friendly. You can't go wrong joining this Massage Envy. A total positive experience.

I received my stretch session from Valencia, was very patient, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. She provided an experience like no other by informing me, prior to beginning the session, on what to expect during our session. I would highly recommend this location!
