So beautiful great playground. Nice for bday parties
A beautiful natural setting with trails and so many ways to enjoy nature.
A super place to walk around.I think it is one of the best if not the best deep forested area in the boston area. The deer population has been growing here recently and it is not that uncommon to find deer while walking around here.It has lots of walking trails that are marked so you wont get lost . UPDATED REVIEW, THIS IS A WILDLIFE SANCTUARY WHICH IS A HABITAT DESIGNED TO PROTECT WILDLIFE.WHY IS MOOSE HILL ALLOWING HUNTERS TO COME HERE AND KILL THE DEER? THERE IS NO NEED OR EXCUSES FOR IT.PLEASE STOP ALLOWING THE KILLING OF DEER AT MOOSE HILL!
It's a fantastic spot for kids. Lots to explore. The trails are well marked and maintained. Definitely will be back.
Walking through the trail is a delight, however, not without applying some bug repellent.
We went for the maple syrup festival that was advertised on a sign down the street but when we got there we were told that we had to sign up on -line. Misleading..Thought there would be tents with venders at least selling maple syrup since it said festival but no.
Well maintained trails.... Nice views and things to look at, lots of trailmarkers and signs. Good for family time. Not casual hiking like some, good exercise.
Great place to take the kids lots of fun activities . Even Maple tree tapping !
Close to home. Nice trails. Easy to get lost without map. Get one at building office before heading into trails
A great place for a walk, hike, run or snowshoe expedition. There's a variety of trail types to choose from.
Great local spot to get your nature on (especially in the fall)! The hill is small, but there is surprisingly a lot of trails and land to cover.
Beautiful and easy hike with a great view from the bluffs.
It great place to hike. Lots of interesting activities throughout the year.
Nature walks, slippery rocks. A wonderful, Four seasoned environment with unlimited silence as a bird ocassionly chirps.
Great walks! You can choose easy or a little more challenging. Beautiful scenery!!
Beautiful park with tons of trails!-the biggest Audubon center in the area. There s also quite a bit of parking. Unfortunately no dogs/pets allowed, they re pretty strict with enforcement.
Moose Hill is a great place for everyone. They have a nice new area for children to play and miles upon miles of trail to hike. Staff is super friendly and they run a lot of great programs.
Great trails. Well maintained. Especially love the bluff trail
Quiet with nature several levels of trails. You walk at your own pace.
Great place for a nature walk in south eastern Massachusetts. Scenic views, quiet wooded paths, and no ticks that we found.
This is a really great place to go on a hike. My favorite is the bluff trail but they are all nice. There are also family freindy hikes and activities.
NO DOGS ALLOWED. Leaving this review to let people know. I'm sure it's a lovely place, and I'll come back some time to hike alone, but I brought my dog and had to turn around and leave after seeing the posted "no pets allowed" signs.
Love the place. I use to go when I was little and still love it!!
Great place for a small hike or casual hike three out of four seasons.
Plenty of great trails for a casual walk with the family.
Fantastic place to bring the family or go on solo or pair hikes. Great nature programs and staff too!
Great place to see birds at the farm, to get a nice view off the bluff trail, mostly all trails are marked. Make sure to bring good hiking shoes, the summit trail is pretty steep and slippery! I also had to use the turkey trail to get to the chimney on the ledge cause the hill on the other side was steeper.
Outstanding hiking trails and wonderful year-round programs
It was a great hike just make sure to take the map or you could find yourself going in circles
One of the best places to birdwatch. Everything is beautiful. Good for kids.
Excellent variety of trails from rocky bluffs to swampy boardwalk, to farm fields. Gorgeous wild turkeys too.
Nice place. Clean and good to trail with daylight because of great forrest.
Since pandemic place is crowded, bird sightings can be good if you can hear clearly and quietly. Animal sightings are WAY down due to crowds and noise (deer, fox, coyote, woodchucks, weasels, fisher cats). Warmer weather means ticks can be plentiful, stay on trails and avoid high grass and shrubs. Do a tick check every visit.
Got lost for hours, it was pretty awesome. Trails are scarcely marked
Love this place. Great place to take the kids. Wonderful trails to hike, very helpful staff, always something fun to do. All kinds of events for all ages, from nature hikes to star gazing.
Love coming here! It makes a lovely day trip for my family. Every Sunday morning after breakfast we go out and try the many different trails with such passes and views!
Great place for a hike, close by the Boston area. Snow was nicely packed down (Feb 14th, 2021), didn't need snowshoes, just good hikers. Only saw a few other people on the trails. Trails were pretty well marked, except for one spot whete we had to cross a stream... I'd suggest getting the trail map from the website - the one on the trail head board (shown in my photo) does not have as much detail which is necessary and very helpful at some points... Fortunately there's good cell coverage throughout.
Outstanding people! Caring, informative and educational, to this woman who had multiple questions regarding an injured bird. Thank you!
Great conservation. Great people. Great kids day camp.
We didnt go on the trails but the little shop was cute and the person there helper answer some questions for us. We cant wait to go back to explore the trails.
Great trails for short day hikes. From a boardwalk through the swamp to rocky overlooks with views to the west. Beautiful flowers and birds. Watch out for the turkeys!
A really nice forest for hiking. Several clips with impressive use of the surrounding area.
The trail was nice and had interesting attractions all throughout. They showed us how it was made and gave us examples. Overall, very interactive experience
Great easy to medium trails, and their camp programs are amazing!
Nice trails, interactive kids playground on premises and plenty of parking.
This is a wonderful place to walk. They've got everything: educational programs and signage for kids, a wide variety of trails through beautiful wooded areas, and a bluff overlook with panoramic views to the west. Absolutely worth a visit!
Good for hiking, some difficult paths, very friendly people.
This is a 2,000 acre forest of oaks, maples and pines filled with miles of well-marked, gently sloping trails. In mid February, we were fortunate to see dozens of trees being tapped for sap, a sugar shack with rows of firewood labeled by More
Best hiking in the area. You can go to the bluff and overlook all of Gillette stadium. There is a new kids play area. Hikes for any ability.
A serene holdout of natural beauty. Truly my favorite home town hike. They may try to lock you in at night though.
Great place for easy hiking. We'll marked trails and some with nice elevations/views.
