Make sure you ask the procedure of forced moves from independent living to assisted and skilled living. This place has turned into a nightmare for Betty Winstanley, with her eldest son Richard Winstanley working with the home to have his parents moved to skilled nursing, and the home refusing visitation to their daughter, and when we sat down with an attorney it was clear there was no reason to block her daughter.
It has been a horrible experience for the family.

This is definitely the cream of the crop in nursing and rehab. If you are being told you need rehab at the hospital, apply here! Hospital staff may discourage you because they think it is hard to get in, but take a chance, it is worth it. They often have openings and they aren't as hard to get in as people think.

Amazing place to visit. I am not a member, however, I really enjoy visiting the grounds and the market has great fruits, fresh produce and baked goods. The amenities here and beautiful grounds make you want to move right in!

At the rehabilitation center, my grandmother received care that was absolutely appalling, and I have never been more disgusted. My grandmother, who is completely coherent and cognizant, was terrified to ask for help or to be bathed or fed for fear of the staff being "mean" to her. Even after having an accident, the staff simply covered up the spot with a sheet and made her lie back down in it. My grandmother was also a fall risk with a broken back but the staff did not escort her as required.

As a staple of our community and our elderly for an extended period of time, I expected more. This sort of treatment is unethical and disgusting. Our elderly folk deserve to receive excellent care rather than abuse while in the care of this organization.

So Majestic and Amazing! The grounds and every building is impeccably maintained and such a relaxing place for a walk. Three Loaves Cafe offers a great lunch, while the Farm Market offers fresh fruit and veggies. Love that I'm less than 2 miles away.
