So my mother lives with me and ordered from K. Jordan so I went online and ordered from K. Jordan and Mason. Now my mother gets a once a month disability check and I work get paid every week. But they won't send me anything unless I pay. My mother has gotten her things didn't pay nothing AT ALL. Her credit is even lower than mine so I don't get how and why I have to pay for a buy now pay later thing and my mother didn't. She hasn't paid for nothing you guys sent her but gets a bill throws it away. I get a bill but received nothing not paying if I haven't received anything STOP SENDING ME BILLS.

I have been a customer of several of the Mason Companies (Shoemall, Masseys, etc) I have always found that their customer service is great, and they have the best sales.
Called customer service to order once - no response, called customer service to order twice - no response, called customer service a third time to order, no response - sent two emails to order, no response. this is a fantastic company for no customer service - no shoes to sell - no people to take your order. We wanted to buy 18 pairs of the same shoe for a wedding and apparently, their business in Chippewa Falls is over whelming. Guess what, we found the same shoes at a tiny company called, Nordstrom. They took the order - processed the order and shipped the same day. I guess that when your too big, like Mason, business is hard to follow up.
Beware!!! This company keeps pulling my credit report and I have never done any business with them. I never will do business with them, they are stalking me!!!
Stay away from these people!! I will not order from stoneberry or any of their companies again! My bedding arrived stained! Then I sent it back and was Also charged for the replacement! Now I have a double charge on my credit card and a minimum amount due and I don't even have any of the items because I returned the damaged one and don't want the replacement! I called over 6 times to get the return label! Asked for manager the 6 times I called and never got a manager! Told agent to cancel my replacement because I did not wanted to be double charged! Agent refused and still placed the order which now shipped! Now I have a balance of $200 on my account! I Had to make a complaint with the BBB to see if these thieves clear all my charges since I don't have any items! But they can care less!
I have been a loyal customer of Masseys and Maryland Square for many years. Today Masseys showed me that they are truly NOT ON THE CUSTOMERS side. I bought 2 pairs of 98.00 dollar shoes called the Jake by Mark Hommerson. Masseys already knows their products, and know if they have a history of problems. This shoe has changed companies and has complaints. #1 . They are so slippery, that either you have to return them or alter them to keep them. I had to score them on the bottom for fear that I would slip and fall and break my neck! Problem solved right? NO approximately after 4 or less uses, the first pair comes a loose on the bottom. I only wore them to church or for 2 hours at most. The 2nd pair i bought because I wanted a narrower size. I bought because I like them so much. After barely wearing these, i saw the snake skin flaking off. The shoes are in almost pristine condition on the top...shiny and new looking, and they start falling apart. When I try to ask for my money back, they refused quoting their 120 day policy. Heck, its their fault, policy or not. I know you do this to protect yourself, but Nordstrom or any other reputable company would have easily taken these shoes off my hands. This is good customer relations.
Masseys could at least offer to repair them...........but they didnt, and this is why I am here. EITHER FIX YOUR POLICY TO BE MORE ACCOMODATING TO THE CONSUMER OR GET OUTO F BUSINESS--IF YOU KEEP DOING BAD BUSINESS,EVERYONE WILL HEAR ABOUT IT. I AM DONE WITH MASSEYS---I AM PAYING MY BILL AND CUTTING OFF ALL CONTACT WITH THEM--THEY ARE BAD FOR THE PSYCHE, AND BAD FOR THE SOUL, I MEAN LIFE IS HARD ENOUGH, WHO NEEDS TO DO BAD BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOESNT CARE?
