Called customer service to order once - no response, called customer service to order twice - no response, called customer service a third time to order, no response - sent two emails to order, no response.
this is a fantastic company for no customer service - no shoes to sell - no people to take your order. We wanted to buy 18 pairs of the same shoe for a wedding and apparently, their business in Chippewa Falls is over whelming. Guess what, we found the same shoes at a tiny company called, Nordstrom. They took the order - processed the order and shipped the same day.
I guess that when your too big, like Mason, business is hard to follow up.
