its a SCAM... I regret for servicing my car here...

You can service your car here if you are super rich and not worried about money and your car...
they checked the oil and said that it needs to be replaced and it in bad condition and I dint know that it was changed before two months/2000 KM... They will see every opportunity to take money out of you....

Tool kit went missing....
They changed the AC Filter and the good AC is not working now....
Clutch was super smooth before but they had serviced it and now it is like a hard rock....
I have a Maruti Alto 800, so I don't have to tell you about its mileage... 20 KM for pick up and drop from my place to the service center and the petrol bar went to blinking status from two bars...

Good service center. But quality of service can be still better. Now a days too costly even after so called frequent discounts on labour, parts etc.

Very good service...you will be happy with your vehicles performance after the service untill you see the bill...(charges heavily)...also often ignores interior cleaning after service..

Once upon a time it was good. Now its money minded. Past three services my experience has been very very bad.

It's good for Chennai people where they will quick approval on warranty claim and most of the major spare parts are readily available. Service also very good.

Quick. Did 42 point service. Reasonable price. Got my door broken handle fixed for free as it was broken during service. Got served by not-so-senior (AnanthaBabu)person who was in charge of explaining to the tech people about my needs. completed all the request list. However car wash was pathetic. Must have used air blower instead of water due to water shortage or saving water. Charged me 350.

Cars were perfectly and timely serviced but they are now not perfect and take time in delivering the cars. After the service we can expect few new problems....

Service jobs seems to be okay but to improve a in customer hospitality.

I agree that the service now in MSM is getting costlier than before.. I am only okay with the service.. Service Engineers those are experienced aren t customer centric..

First time we went to this service station and it was good. Will continue with this people.

Charge labour separately for each and every part replaced. Ended up paying labour charges more than cost of parts replaced!

Instead of resolving problem, they create a new problem in your car

It is better to get service outside, not really worth here.

If you are lucky your car get good hands. The service cost is affordable. Sometimes the service goes from bad to worst if your service manager is bad.

Don't even have proper timings took me about 2 hours to find out part available in the service center. And finally they told me to that part is not available but it's an easy fix can be done with simple 5 mins job they told me it would take 3hours

A very very professional outlet of maruthi.
They take extra care in their servicing than any other maruthi outlet in chennai.
Reason for not giving 5 star is because at times they don't attend calls for hours together. and also their timings are up to 9 pm bit they don't abide By that.

Avoid this unless you are aware of what they are billing

I have always preferred this as this is Maruti's own service center. But I just realized this no better than any other cheating ones which may charge you and does not do anything.

I just received my car after the PMS 30. Just surprised to see the 11500 bill for a almost new car where I had no problems or issues with my car at all.

When I see my bill in detail, I see all kind of unnecessary charges. They have charged almost 1000 for side slip and brake tester charges without even consulting me. They replaced some suspension things, again without even consulting me.

They said wheel balancing would be free, but this was again billed. I later realized that, I did wheel balancing in last service. The SA checked and said, since in my last service it was not done, this can be done in current service. I did not have my old bill, but later only realized it was already done in last service.

And the wheel balancing weights. This is the most horrifying lie. It shows 60 gms weight of 4 units have been used. When I checked my last service also, the same thing was stated. Today when I seen my wheels, overall on all 4 wheels I see only total 95 gms was there which included old stickers. I now wonder where this new weights are lost?

Funniest of all the things is, I complained water inside one of headlights and ask to replace under warranty. To my horror, when my vehicle has come, I see both the lights have full water inside. So with just a water wash, headlights had full water. Even after 3 days, the water still resides inside. I gave complaint for only one headlight. What on earth made the technician to repair other one also and make both worst.

Seriously, I see this no different was any other money sucking center. Better avoid this center. With all these experience, I am going back to service center to complain to higher officials tomorrow about the kind of things what is going on. Don't know how they are going to back up their employees.

It's a junk yard. No experienced technician. More problems after service. No responsibility by the employees

Very worst now a days in man,they spoiled the MSM name completely.i have waited in the que for 10 days for wheel alignment and water wash.finally they said it will take 4 days for wheel alignments because of tight schedule.simply they are cheating customers

Take your vehicle at your own risk. If you give your vehicle for service, they will create another problem and give it back. Based on my experience I will say they have very careless service engineers.

Incidents:
1. While changing shock absorbers, they screwed external horn wires together. Which shorted my external horn system.
2. Once they fitted the steering wheel handle in wrong position, and it was dropped by their driver at the doorstep.

I would suggest to go for local garage instead of Maruti Service Master.

If there is option of ZERO star rating, I would recommend ZERO rating.

Good service and customer service......the only thing to point out here is that they always go for replacement rather than repair for longer life of the component.

Over charging and very bad outcome and worst attitude ,logged complaint to then about the outcome but dont know they will follwo back

Good place for periodic service and mechanical work. Pricing will be little high compared to other vendors but workmanship is great. Discuss in detail to understand the need for suggested work and pricing before signing the work order. Not great place for body shop and water service.

Hide and seek business.....they are not clear about bill amount.......services.

WAS a good service center for Maruthi, quality of both mechanical and customer service is bad now over the past few years and only getting worse by the day... poor management...

They are the best when it comes to servicing your Maruti car. They are directly affiliated to Maruthi Suzuki and not a franchise. Quality of service is given priority .

In terms of service it was good, but while delivery you will left with empty fuel tank.

Marutis own workshop. Easy to get warranty service. Good service, excellent customer care.. i have given my swift for service and it is out of my expectation. Very good service.

MSM employees appear knowledgeable and the service centre / body shop seem well equipped. The lounge has enough distractions to help one pass the time (newspapers, magazines, WiFi, tea, etc).

Charges are the same as other Maruti service centres. After the car is delivered, I'll update this review based on the quality of their work.

WOW experience, Free Pickup & drop at door step, regular free camps, even homes service also.

They are interested in achieving their targets, so don't go there for servicing

Very high disappointment. MSM service was very poor. The vehicle has gone still worse in a few issues given to them. The response / approach were horrible. Cleaning was extremely poor- they charged 410 rs for that poor work. MSM service level gone worst. Suspect petrol removal too.

Maruti's own service centre. If you get a good service advisor, then he will suggest the best and bring down the costs

I'm very unhappy the way they have charged excessively even for minor works. While picking up the car, they had to give a jump start and the charge was 1000. I bought my own battery and gave it to them. Replacement was 200+tax ( literally just 2 clips and plug it back in).
I would never give my car for service to them again.. Excess charging.. Find a better dealer nearby .

Many service people, many contact numbers but nothing will work. workshop starts at 7.00 and people will come only at 7.30. no information on when the vehicle will be delivered. Better to get the vehicle serviced by ABT or Popular.

The best that I have been to in Chennai. Worth the extra drive. Took a long time after my arrival for pickup even though I came there after intimation from service center.
Otherwise satisfied with quality of service.

Good service by MSM. People in Guindy/near by area can avail the service

After servicing my car the service center misplaced one of the wheel cap. Though they have assured to fix it the work is not yet done. Nearly a month has lapsed. The service technician does not even take my call now. Very poor attitude.
