Beautiful surroundings and amenities. Worth the visit.

This is a highly secure, strict speed control, non-smoking, private 5-star neighborhood nestled in the Sierra nevada mountains 15 short minutes away from beautiful downtown Truckee. Lake Tahoe is a 30 minute drive past breath taking mountain views.

ultra exclusive gated community! Place where alpine mountain architecture is at its finest..

Place has poorly constructed homes, along with main electrical panels with can be a fire hazard.

Great community, fantastic golf course, great family atmosphere

Little known fact (@ least by me). You can use a public bathroom at the bottom of Martis chair while skiing Lookout Mountain.....very convenient. I think Martis Camp facilities were originally all private.

There's nothing not to love about Martis, except maybe the price. Between the big red barn (food, bowling, hoops, arcades, art studio), athletic courts, spas, a library, and private ski access, it's perfect for the whole family.

This is a beautiful but private and very pricey community.

A very high end, luxury mountain community located in Truckee, CA. This community is not open to the public, and boasts private amenities for home owners and theirguests. Most homes average between $4-$15 million dollars.

Some people pay a lot of money to be at Mardis Camp. I get paid to be here.

Why do you need 12 4k hd TV's in a single house that you live in one week a year?

There is no better place for a vacation home in Tahoe, or possibly anywhere in California. This place is so elegant and beautiful, yet people are friendly. Perfect for families, or those who love skiing, golf, hiking, community, or just being in the mountains.

It s far from the gondola, better watch out for the closing time if you are here in the afternoon.

If you have the opportunity and the means to buy a house (or rent a house, or visit friends who have a house) at Martis, get on it! It is gorgeous with any amenity that you could think of, beautiful golf course, club, tennis courts, swimming pools, pickle ball courts, ski lift to North Star, The Barn for movies, bowling and arts and crafts activities. This resort has it all in a gorgeous setting. There is absolutely nothing about it not to love.

Even if I could afford it I would never buy a house in this place poorly built and definitely going to have problems

Everyone here is so nice and friendly. The area is gorgeous and very beautiful.

Our son has a house here and invited his whole family to enjoy a long week together here. It has the perfect set up for families and reunions. There are the pavilions, the red barn, the beach and all the restaurants and spas. What could be more perfect than that arrangement.

I used the gym, sat out by the pool, and are lunch at the lodge restaurant. Very luxurious.

Great place to hang w the family. Bowling, gym, games, and more.

So great. If you wanna rub dirty elbows with the filthy rich this is the spot. During the Wells Fargo debockle I was landscaping the 24mil home you all bought for the CFO of thebbank. FYI, dudes about as big of a douche as you can imagine. There are 9mil homes though if your broke but insecure of you social standing.

Martis Camp is The premiere mountain wedding location! It is a private gated community with all the amenities and professional service. beautiful locations for photographs ! I do get to photograph many visiting families as well and always welcome meeting new people behind my camera:)

Martis Camp has to be one of the most impressive second home communities in the country. A playground for each season, this place shines with activities galore. From your own ski lift access to Northstar, to miles and miles of mountain trails, and a private Lake Tahoe beach chalet ... What a place!!!

Sorry wealthy area, nice staff and people with access to almost anything. I would recommend visiting.
