Bad experience with rotisserie, ortolana pizza served with charred vegetables!

Excellent ice cream shop and superb personal gentle pastry

The maximum! Find absolutely everything from the most varied desserts, cafeteria, fresh fruit and vegetable extracts, and from 11 all rustic salty salty delights, pizzette, panzerotti and a thousand other delicacies !!

Obviously a guarantee like all Martinucci ... But this is my favorite ... It has a relaxing garden ... Very Zen. To try in particular with the Salento aperitif.

Love this place, amazing pastries (pasticciotto, ice-cream, you name it!), being in Salento for over two months now and came here almost everyday :)
I can t give 5 stars though, as I find extremely disappointing still receiving water in plastic cups and seeing AC ON with open doors. Unacceptable in 2020 from a successful chain as Martinucci that should be an example.

Rotisserie and pastry that has become branding in Puglia and beyond. The restaurant is the largest I have ever visited, with many delicacies on display, in full compliance with the rules of cleanliness. It is possible to eat sandwiches with cheese and freshly prepared local sausages and a variety of stuffed pizzas. Exceptionally rustic, always warm and with excellent quality ingredients. The cakes are to be seen and not only, the ice cream is good and the pasticciotto is of particular importance. Mandatory stop for those passing through these parts.

The sins of gluttony here have their home. I tried only the Lido Marini sales point, but I don't think the others are less. You can find everything for breakfast (croissants, pasticciotti, mignon, ...), for lunch / dinner (with dishes ready to take away, arancini, pizza by the slice, ...), without forgetting the superb ice creams (but there is much more like herbal teas, centrifuges, smoothies, cakes, ...). Nice and big place, with many tables with service.

The ice is unique, but when in front of a 45 people in line, I go again.

This year Martinucci has disappointed a lot, grumpy waiters, bad coffee, there is no more cordiality.
Only the name remained.
While we had a great time at the "STAFFA" from breakfast to pizza.

No minimum respect of the constraints for the management of the covid. No attention to avoid gatherings. Patrons without a mask as well as the staff, who once pointed out, turned in an arrogant and annoyed way. Why does the lack of respect for norms occur mainly in southern culture?

A unique taste experience if you can say so ... sublime ice creams and a must try the pasticciotto. One for every taste of cream that I don't tell you ... I can't add anything else. I invite you to try as I did.

Nothing to say for location and good quality products, but the management of staff leaves you speechless ... The waiting times are very long table that is to the counter and for such a structure would expect a service worthy of the brand name!!

If you are passing through Lido Marini, the Martinucci bar-pastry shop is a must. Immense, with external and internal rooms of great taste and style in which to delight the palate with an ice cream, croissant or fantastic colorful desserts. A real treat for the senses.

Sitting at the table we waited more than 25 minutes without the arrival of the waiter, after ordering at the counter we also noticed the sign that the waiter service is mandatory to sit at the table.

Unquestionably excellent products but absolutely unprepared for the gluten free issue. The restaurant did not have a single gluten-free product except for packaged drinks and in 2019 I consider it a big limit

Great dishes and then bar in the center and on the right the laboratory with display of sweet and savory products to take away on the left bar and relaxation side to sit and relax at the table.

We took pasticciotti of various flavors and a rustic, to take away, all of excellent quality, really excellent. Service despite the crowd, all in all fast. I cannot testify about the table service, the products are very good.

The place is beautiful, the ice creams are excellent, five stars when they use the bananas to make banana and strawberry smoothie and when the waiters (who are still kind) warn you before the fact that a certain ingredient is missing rather than do something for a 'other and serve ... despite everything to visit

One of the best ice creams I've ever eaten. The only thing is that you have to be patient, especially during this time, and wait for your turn. Very nice staff is a lot of good tastes that unfortunately it is impossible to try them all on the first try. So I will definitely return there before leaving.

All the staff, and specifically I speak of Lido Marini, deserve to wear the rating stars in plain sight.
The rooms are always kept in good cleaning order, a pity that many patrons forget that the care of the rooms starts in nn dirtying, but I believe that even the signs could not change these behaviors.
Martinucci di Lido Marini welcomes many patrons, and the staff really sacrifices themselves for their work, making people appreciate the choice, at times, to travel a few dozen kilometers from other neighboring towns. The sacrifice is paid back sweetly.
Personally, for years now, there are only 14, the presence of an employee and / or owner, manager or nn know what, which is usually at the checkout.
The aforementioned, in my opinion, should have more affability with the customer that nn is only the one who pays for the drink, but it is the same one who recommends friends to go to Martinucci for a good everything, and therefore should be treated with availability and sympathy and not like a common mortal who is not at home and looked down on with an air of annoyance and in some ways with little education.

There were problems with the orders. Employees forgot orders and continued their work. An easy problem to solve.
Otherwise the quality of the products was excellent. I dare say it is one of the most beautiful Martinucci I have ever seen since I have seen many others.

Attractive place, excellent ice-cream, they also serve lactose-free varieties. Extremely rude and irreverent staff, I tried to ask a particular cocktail to the bartender, but he did not listen to me in his mind, completely wrong what I had asked, and in the face of my critique of the wrong order, he went up all the rage, and even began to mock me in front of the other customers. Unfortunately, this place has lost the luster of a time, when Martinucci was still not a chain of ice cream parlors, but the quality and above all the attention to the customer were fundamental values. We will not be back

The ice cream is always good, but on the cones they sin on the very small quantities. Very large bar but they allow access to the garden only with service therefore forced to taste under the sun.

Sweet and salty of excellent quality, the staff serving at the tables very painful, little desire to work and unprofessional (hands in mouth for dental cleaning ), masks under the chin.
Customers who enter and leave without protection, no reference to the rules imposed by the Decree.

Bad experience I don't recommend it to anyone, rude barrista we had three coffees and I asked him x please some sparkling water, the answer was okay normal water if you want sparkling one can buy the bottle (between other normal water was half a glass). better go somewhere quieter and serve you better
