Poor and negligent staff !!! I was in the bathroom with the little 4-year-old, the waitress though she knew, she came and kicked the door and opened it to me, making the baby scare. All this because 2 of her friends were out there, surely she was cooked !!! I do not recommend it until they change personnel

for the ice cream shop nothing to complain. The pastries and cakes have an artisanal look but are of industrial manufacture. The rotisserie in disaster. A plate of shrimp in pink sauce or a plate of paella at a cost of 12 euros each. A real steal also considering the low quality of the product.

All good from pasticciotti to panzerotti up to ice cream ... goodness to no end. The croissants have not impressed me much while the brioche is really exceptional. Also recommended for a lunch break .. some have also salads and side dishes ... in short, where you read this none in the various areas of Puglia revenue and you will not be disappointed
The Martinucci chain, although a little 'emblazoned in Salento, is considered a safe place. A Lido Marini, located in a place of passage, is a virtually mandatory destination. From coffee to ice cream, from cakes to desserts to rotisserie. Ready meals are even available at the Lido Marini site.

A real discovery, excellent products to say the least sublime, a number of sweets, ice creams, pizzas and many other products, but two things I didn't like, apart from the fantastic staff behind the bar counter the rest of the service is the music is too high until late at night to be revived, I speak for just cause since I stayed as a tourist for 10 days behind the restaurant and to muffle the sound I had to close the windows that overlooked the summer expanse behind the room and when I speak of late night I mean after late midnight, no it is not acceptable to then listen to loud music before 7.00 in the same morning.

I regret having to confirm the previous reviews on the lack of attention and availability of the staff, especially from the lady who served me. Unfortunately, during my stay in this area, I found that 80% of employees are not trained to serve customers. Nothing to say about the products, they are fantastic! I recommend it only for this!

I am sorry that the structure of Lido Marini is not a. I stopped for coffee and pasticciotti and the cashier in a distracted way made me the receipt without asking if I took away, consumed at the counter or sat down. When I asked at the desk they told me that to sit down I had to wait for the waiter and then I would pay as there were other customers waiting. The problem is that I had already paid and the place was empty. After my complaints they made me sit but the bad figure was already done.

We regularly visit the Martinucci del Salento Pastries every year, we give 5 stars for all pastry products of excellent quality but 1 star for the speed of table service ... staff too young and lacking the basic professional training ... I would suggest to put a room manager in every room that offers table service.
