A must visit place for all people who are interested in learning about the Civil rights movement and Dr King. We enjoyed the park and its attractions. We also learned a few interesting little known facts by talking with the park rangers. Before leaving, we stopped by the tomb to pay or respects to the late Dr and Mrs King. My family will definitely be returning to the park to go on a guided tour to get the full experience.

Great place to go to learn about history. The short film is very informative, shown at the historical site, in the theater. Some of the displays are interactive.

To get into the birthplace home of MLK, you have to be a little strategic. They only have limited viewing. Call ahead for the most up-to-date details. Plan on getting here early and being placed on a list for your actual viewing time.

Well worth the visit.

It's wonderful that the government has turned the home and neighborhood of Martin Luther King Jr. into a National Historic Park. The highlight of the park was visiting MLK's childhood home and the original Ebenezer Baptist Church.

The memorial, built around 50 years ago by Martin Luther King's wife, is a wonderful place where to honour Dr. King's memory.
I love the exhibit which tells more about his life, and also the house where he was born and the church where he was preaching.
All these are memorable places worth to visit!

I loved the entire park/historical landmarks. It evoked plenty emotions in me of the past and its significant importance to this day. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone interested in history and Dr. Kings remarkable life story.
PARKING is FREE for 2 hours, there's several parking areas within walking distance (3-5mins), just Google Map parking and you'll find it. The birth house tour is FREE but you must first head to the front desk/reception area to get your free ticket(s). For the rest, the Baptist church, Dr. King & Mrs. Scott King resting place, the museum, and the fire house are all free entree. There's also gift shops and souvenirs that you can buy on the premises, and the areas are handicap suitable.

It was a rainy day when we went. The rangers were very friendly and helpful. Gave people plastic bags to cover with to keep dry. They were informative and shared their knowledge! Very good experience

Great place to visit. I can't describe the feeling or connection I felt walking around the park, reading the passages on the walls, and visiting inside the museum. All I can say is that the feelings were surreal, and unlike any other connection to our past that I've ever felt before. A must see for all ages. Sincere thanks to the family of Dr. Martin Luther King the continuance of his legacy. I left there with a brand new outlook on humanity and a dream of a free world. Uplifting is a good word to describe this place. Thank you Dr. King for the legacy you left behind. Your people are far more greatful than you could have ever imagined us to be. Thank you!
