Stopped in while at the Venetian. Beautiful clothes but the customer service experience there by Lucy left a bad taste. While browsing, she approached and introduced herself. We proceeded to the back of the store where we met Kimberly who helped md choose 3 blouses and placed them in a dressing room. Lucy came back and was so aggressive towards Kimberly. It was so uncomfortable I ended up not making any purchase. Kimberly was very helpful and super professional.
