Marshall Fields

They have a very limited children's section. As large as this store is, that is disappointing.

It has many floors to shop around, I love the selection of perfumes n clothing. Also many restaurants to choose from.

The Walnut Room was a really cool experience. The 2 story Christmas Tree was so pretty.

We need the real Marshall Field back; cause this other place customer service SUCKS

Beautiful store that needs the floor repaired. Bathrooms are disgusting, if you have to go that bad it won't matter. Staff said to use third floor bathrooms.

Great food on the 7th floor and super great customer service

Came from Michigan to visit this location for two reasons; the holiday windows and the giant tree in the Walnut Room. There were only like 5 windows decorated this year and they sold off the space above the Walnut room for offices so you can only view the tree from the bottom next to the line for diners waiting for a table. Quite disappointing... to the point we didn't even shop or purchase anything, we just left.

Old school turn-of the century building now used for shopping! It's a huge shop, huge selection. Go there if you want to spend money.
