I have been a customer of the company in recent years. The quality of the services provided is very good and the customer service is impeccable. I think it's a good choice for voip services. Unfortunately, however, the company has recently made large increases in its tariffs. The increases are also the reason I do not give the 5 stars.

The few that happened. The charge of the line (call center) was changed and I paid the landlines by mobile charge. I found out from my reports and the answer of the lady-representative "but we returned your money" after I sent them an email and demanded the extra I was charged to return. Twice they did not hear me while I was calling, we had to check server from end to end until I contacted them and a technician said "aaaa yesterday someone changed the setting of sip trunk to nat = no" without of course me inform.
Completion.Because the purpose is criticism and not defamation, they really contacted immediately and proceeded with an act to happen ... fair. Until February 2020 I was completely satisfied with technicians who exaggerated themselves to work, then the chaos as I wrote from above (I have to say that everything happened from March to July where the coroner etc forced companies to operate wherever they can whenever they can).

Quite bad attitude. A friend of mine went there for an interview. Got held there for more than an hour, hearing the life experiences that the interviewer had to say. Was given the impression that it was a good interview, but never got contacted back, not even for a negative response. There should be respect of the time that someone spends to go over there. Not just keep people in order to have a free of charge listener, without even respecting the need of someone to find a job. Very unprofessional manner.
