MARRIOTT'S LINCOLNSHIRE HOTEL Review

Went to see a show at the theater. It was a live performance. The renovation done over the last couple of years was outstanding. Really wonderful common areas!

We attended a children's show at the theatre. It was wonderful, we'll priced, enough parking, clean, easy to find.

It was great best experience of my life the internet said it was closed but it wasn't went there the pool is superb hot tub is to die for

Staff was friendly, no freeway noise. Restaurants on site. Ample parking. I'd go back.

I stayed at the Lincolnshire Marriott for a wedding and had a fantastic time. The staff were extremely courteous and professional, and the facilities were pristine. The beds are really comfortable!

in the "square" theater that provides some good quality musicals and plays, for both children and adults. Parking can be a small walk if it is a popular production. The main bathrooms is a good distance away from the theater itself.

ANTS!!! I lefts a cookie on the dresser the TV sits on and in the morning it was covered by serval ants,
The rooms and the resort was great though.

I attended the children's showing of sleeping beauty. It was such a fun and exciting show for the kids and adults!! They put on such great shows.

We regular visit the Marriott Theater to see plays and musicals. The quality of the shows are usually pretty high and the building is well maintained. My one comment is that their bathrooms need a little more maintenance during weekend shows.

The hallways are so dark and dingy it is like walking down an alley at night.

We went to see The Emporer's New Clothes, a children's performance. It's a nice little theater. The performance wrapped up as the little ones were starting to get antsy, so it was a good length. And the cast stayed afterward to answer questions.

Helpful staff and great rooms. We had several big meetings over several days in multiple rooms and it all went flawlessly. Great food as well.

The grounds are always beautiful. We were at the theater and had a great time.

The resort has been here for a long time and is a real treasure, thanks to the theater, great restaurants and other amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to see this great and storied hotel has undergone a massive restoration and update, so now, this wonderful hotel is even better.

Great Theater, appropriate number number of handicap spots

Ray and Everado went above and beyond to accommodate. I even heard another customer praising Ray as I was passing the front desk! I had an amazing stay, mostly due to the excellent customer service. I added this review because in my previous review I go the name wrong. It was Ray and not a Jay.
As the reviews state the vaulted ceilings on the third floor are so elegant. I loved the full deck on the first floor as well.
I will be back!

I attended my friend's wedding over the weekend and it was mostly fine but some areas were still under construction. Gardens were pretty.

Hosted the APCA conference and they were wonderful! Awesome staff!!!

Organized Hotel. Nice outdoor and indoor pool. I didn't golf but other said the experience was good. It's a busy Resort, two weddings there at the time we visited. Great location and a great facility. Kid-friendly and our kids enjoyed it

I stay here regularly. The staff is very professional not friendly. Very clean place in a great location. I love the Starbucks staff and the bar staff. The concierge lounge staff especially the dude is very unfriendly maybe he should find another job. Never greets or acknowledge the customers. The ladies are very friendly and Gregg and try to help.

Check-in was fast without any mix-ups. The rooms are all located down a long corridor, but don't worry, you're headed in the right direction. The Starbucks in the lobby is super useful in the morning while waiting for shuttles, seminars, etc. Additionally, the bar being located in such a central location makes grabbing a drink with colleagues at the end of the day a joy.

This hotel is awesome. Good food. They grow there own veggies and make their own honey on the resort grounds. They have special learn to swim classes for young kids. The theater in the round and 18 hole golf course is world class. Excellent place to have large business meetings and weddings.

Comfortable beds. Great hook ups for tech gear. Decent food. Nice shower.

I went to the resort to see a show and it was incredible! The staff was friendly, the bathrooms and lobby were clean, and it was a wonderful experience for my first time there.

When we stayed there had been extensive flooding damage so much of the hotel was closed for renovation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the pools are nice.

I work for a company that sends 70 employees to Buffalo Grove for corporate training regularly through out the year. My first time for training I stayed at a competitors hotel. They offered buffet Monday through Thursday with beer and wine. Offered breakfast and free WiFi. The rooms even had a kitchenette. They offered to start a fire in the fire pit and even had sing a longs. They had a great customer service attitude. We felt welcome there and the employees were comforting and personal. My employer booked my reservation at your resort that only cost 78 dollars MORE a night. When I checked in I asked about breakfast and was told my reservation for 78 dollars MORE a night didn't include breakfast but I was welcome to get breakfast downstairs for 20 dollars a person. I was asked about what card im putting my incedentials on and when I asked what incedentials I was told its for anything I ordered or used. When I got to my room I saw the bottle of water for 6 dollars. When I tried to go on WIFI it wanted to charge me 12.95 a day unless I joined the hotel spam club and then contacted the desk. I contacted the desk and was told by the manager I could use the lobby WiFi. Just what I wanted to work in the lobby on my laptop. I used my phone hotspot instead. All through my 2 day stay I was stressed wondering if I used the bathroom soaps toilet paper or even turned on the TV what my extra charge would be. When I voiced my concerns to the person at the desk he didn't even care. So... When I get to class tomorrow im going to tell everyone when I get there not to have their dealerships use this company and let them know why. When I get back to work Monday I am letting our office manager know not to book rooms here and why. I am never going to recommend this hotel because it is a resort that resorts to large expenses and small customer service.

This is my third stay here while working at Lake Forest Hospital. Staff are always friendly, rooms clean, modern and beds comfortable. I am working the 3-11 pm shift this week and was pleasantly surprised when I dialed down for room service last night at 11:55 pm and the staff promptly took my order and 10 minutes later I was enjoying my flatbread. Excellent service he even told me if I am running late this week that I can call ahead for my food. When you travel almost weekly for work it s those little things that make the stay even better. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Awesome location, feels like you are so disconnected from the real world. Easy access to food, entertainment and just 5 minutes from I94

Everyone there was very helpful, the resort was clean, overall a good experience.

We went there to watch a play. Staff was courteous and venue is clean and easily accessible.

They are awesome every single year. We go annually for their Thanksgiving buffet, and they never disappoint. Food is excellent t, and service even better. Kindeat people. I like the new design of the restaurant, though I'd hate to be at a high top.

Nice rooms, pleasant staff. Also attended reception and everything was lovely. Undergoing some construction /remodeling while here which was a little unfortunate because some things were unavailable or farther away, but they did their best to make things work. Good location, lots around.

Can seem a bit outdated and hard to navigate due to sheer size, but friendly staff, concierge lounge access, and small gym with the right machines.
