MARRIOTT'S LINCOLNSHIRE HOTEL Review

Heard noise outside in the hall from people into the wee hours of the morning. The toilet kept back filling. The bed was to soft. Other than that, our stay was pleasurable!

Beautiful property, but the rooms are a little noisy

Really good place, I went to see Something Rotten and I loved it. The place is clean but the drinks are overpriced.

Enjoyed this hotel. Only issue is that the thermostat was inconsistent. We set it to 62 to achieve a good sleep temperature

Very pretty views from the room. I didn't use many of the services but all the staff I encountered were professional and courteous. The place is ENORMOUS and takes forever to get anywhere.

I hosted my wedding at the hotel and the staff was so helpful prior to the event as well as during to ensure everything went smoothly. Beautiful space and grounds. I stayed the night as well.. the rooms were clean, nice, and had good views.

I wrote a review earlier, but wanted to add to my review once I got a couple of names I would like to compliment. Everardo and Jay went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and excellent. I called with questions quite a bit and never did they act annoyed, rather more than happy to help. I did not get the name of the person I spoke with in the morning about directions to the beach, but he was excellent also. This was on Easter morning. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The area is quiet and relaxing. This was such an amazing experience!

My family and I saw Newsies at their theatre. It was very enjoyable for all of us. Performers did a wonderful job, including musicians.

Played the golf course. Great place to play. Staff and course condition are top notch.

Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of amenities. Check in desk had a line but the staff moved through it very efficiently. Overall a great stay. The cleaning staff were very nice as well.

The service was great the only thing a would say is they kind of burnt the stake I order and it was suppose to be medium well.

Good food, good rooms, one problem with a bathroom.

The room was comfortable with everything I needed. My only complaints were that both restaurants had stopped seating at just after 8pm (after dealing with delayed flights, room service wasn't too bad) and the layout of the resort was awkward, which led to a LOT of walking.

The hall where we held the event was absolutely sublime. The seats were nice, and the waiters and waitresses were very kind. Not to mention there was a lot of space.

Great Resort. Staff was wonderful and met every need we had. This Resort is very large and the beds were very comfortable.

Resort was still undergoing a huge renovation while we were here but the rooms were very nice. They were surprisingly small but since they were just redone, everything was clean. Staff was also friendly.

My visit was strictly business. However, I did get the opportunity to experience the ambience, which I found to be of top quality. I look forward to planning a visit, when I'm not on business.

The entrance and lobby were very clean. I was only inside for a few minutes to drop something off for work, but the staff was helpful and everything looked nice!

I have been to the resort in order to buy tickets for their site. The office box employee was nice and helpful. We have been to the theater before including the dinner+show packages and were always impressed by the professionalism of the place,

I work for a company that sends 70 employees to Buffalo Grove for corporate training regularly through out the year. My first time for training I stayed at a competitors hotel. They offered buffet Monday through Thursday with beer and wine. Offered breakfast and free WiFi. The rooms even had a kitchenette. They offered to start a fire in the fire pit and even had sing a longs. They had a great customer service attitude. We felt welcome there and the employees were comforting and personal. My employer booked my reservation at your resort that only cost 78 dollars MORE a night. When I checked in I asked about breakfast and was told my reservation for 78 dollars MORE a night didn't include breakfast but I was welcome to get breakfast downstairs for 20 dollars a person. I was asked about what card im putting my incedentials on and when I asked what incedentials I was told its for anything I ordered or used. When I got to my room I saw the bottle of water for 6 dollars. When I tried to go on WIFI it wanted to charge me 12.95 a day unless I joined the hotel spam club and then contacted the desk. I contacted the desk and was told by the manager I could use the lobby WiFi. Just what I wanted to work in the lobby on my laptop. I used my phone hotspot instead. All through my 2 day stay I was stressed wondering if I used the bathroom soaps toilet paper or even turned on the TV what my extra charge would be. When I voiced my concerns to the person at the desk he didn't even care. So... When I get to class tomorrow im going to tell everyone when I get there not to have their dealerships use this company and let them know why. When I get back to work Monday I am letting our office manager know not to book rooms here and why. I am never going to recommend this hotel because it is a resort that resorts to large expenses and small customer service.

I was over there golf and had a great time. Fun fun stuff. Lobed thus place and really was fun

I attended a work meeting here. There was a board with current meetings and a map right as I entered the lobby. The hotel looked clean and we'll maintained, and parking was easy

A beautiful hotel with great rooms. I loved the indoor and outdoor pool. the only thing they didn't have was a microwave in the room. Overall an amazing experience.

We attended a wedding here in the Lakeside Pavilion. The food was outstanding and the space was gorgeous. They did an excellent job with the heating for a winter wedding and the atmosphere for the ceremony and reception.

Nice hotel. Our room was quite small. There should hwve been a microwave at least so you can warm up food. Staff were professional.

Went to see a show. The physical bar and restrooms are a bit separated from the theatre. Great productions though.

I have a yearly subscription to the Marriot Theater . We often have have dinner before the show. Always a wonderful experience . The shows are fantastic

The recent remodel to this hotel has made it really nice! Great layout, many places for food and great staff.

Over-the-top fabulous from the front desk to the entertainment to the restaurants to the service. Great New Year's Eve and New Year's Day experience

They were all very friendly. I loved a guy at the bar who looked after me and my group of employees with respect was very attentive and made sure we all had a good time. his name was Carlos and I hope that you appreciate him in his work as we appreciate him this weekend

I attended a performance of Shrek the Musical. Excellent production for the family to see. Not a bad seat in the round.

My family and I have been going here for a few years for a play and it's always a wonderful experience.

Overall a good experience with the staff. Although, there was no cell phone signal and wifi is a bit expensive.

Renovations look amazing. The new restaurants are hip and have great food (even a light breakfast buffet). Having a Starbucks was a nice touch. The conference space is phenomenal. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I stay at this hotel whenever I am in Lincolnshire. always top notch

Rooms are updated and so is lobby, the rest of the hotel needs a little work. M Lounge was good, but not open Saturday evening which seemed odd

Nice restaurant brunch on Sundays. Theatre is always top notch.

Extremely clean rooms and wonderful hot breakfast buffet makes this stay worth the price! There are waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, milk, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, apple, cranberry, and orange juice; bagels, muffins, fresh fruit and coffee. Nice microwave and mini fridge allows you to bring in food. They do have room service with comparable prices to local restaurants. Great smelling lemongrass soap and plenty of towels. Beautiful updated furniture with USB ports for all your electronics. This visit has been a wonderful, relaxing one and my regret is that I forgot my swimsuit for the hot tub and swimming pool.

It's so nice being able to attend the theatre, have a nice dinner, and sleep all in the same place. Bed was one of the comfiest I've had in a hotel room. They provide access to your Netflix and Hulu accounts on the TV which I've never seen before but was exactly what we were looking for. The indoor pool is heated wonderfully. Some quirks: the whilpool jets don't seem to turn on; some of the ice machines didn't work (signs say Ice & Vending but it's really just ice)

Was at Three Embers for brunch. Ambience was nice. Service was a bit slow but usually good. I wish there were more options for brunch dishes at the brunch buffer aside from the traditions potatoes, bacon, and sausage. The made to order omelette station is nice, as is the lady who usually works that station.

I love this hotel it could use an update but they have everything here golf,conference rooms, gym, etc... The staff is great wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
