O'Hare Marriott Hotel
Very friendly and helpful professional staff and services
The hotel is too big, lost my way to the room. However, good service and close to the train station. Like the room, clean neat.
The ballroom was set up nicely for learning. Audio was good, no issues hearing. Visuals were able to be seen without any issues. Snacks and meals were great. Staff was great, accommodating and very courteous
This is an older hotel that has been fairly decently updated but has a great location near the airport. It is in the Rosemont area which lately has increased its amount of offerings for Travelers. And the past, if you were staying in Rosemont, it could be rather boring with no good restaurants unless you caught a train into the city. Now, there is enough to do and keep you satiated.
Nice hotel, close to the airport, with a shuttle to the terminals every 30 minutes. Rooms are standard Marriott issue, with comfy beds and linens, decent AC, and plenty of outlets. No mini-fridge, but otherwise no complaints. Concierge lounge has an honor bar and snacks in the evenings.
It's alright here. There is nothing to complain or brag about.
A little dated but the staff works very hard to take care of the guests.
A great place to fall asleep after a night of drinking.
Can't seem to get a shuttle to be on time....not very happy
There's no denying it this is the best hotel I've ever been to me and my family go every year and it's just as good as the last time we went maybe even better, this is a perfect family trip for the kids and for the parents. They're the only hotel that I've seen that has an indoor outdoor pool it's so fun the hot tub is relaxing and always at the perfect temperature. This hotel is the most perfect hotel for parties I have ever seen
Okay, so some of you haters back off. The service in this place was amazing. We ordered a round of strawberry daquiries prepared by Krystal were amazing. Secret ingridient, 7UP. Staff is amazing, facilitoes were great. Thumbs up, all the way.
The lobby, the bar...the entire first floor was perfect. The food was very good and priced well. The bartender was excellent. Highly recommend!
The hotel did a wonderful job hosting our trade show. We will return!
I would give staff a 5 star, they are willing to do anything to make your visit more accommodating. The pool was nice to have, water was a tad cool as it's indoor/outdoor. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were feather and fell flat. There is no fridge in the room to keep drinks cold and no air conditioner in winter so for people who normally keep the temps around 64, the room stayed in the 71 degree area to make it feel uncomfortable. Opening the door to hallway was only way to cool the room down.
It was a beautiful hotel. Close to the airport. Convenient for last minute flight cancellations. Really friendly staff.
A large hotel about 8 minutes away from ORD by shuttle bus. The lounge is small, snacks free but there's a honor system for the alcohol that you have to pay for.
We have used a lot of hotels for conferences. We have used this one many times. The recent experience has drove us to other hotels for good. They wanted $7,300 for two projection screens and a live microphone at the podium. Granted it was a 3 day conference, but that is over the top. When confronted all they did was dance around and make excuses. The bill (at most) should have been 1/4 that. For the first time in 17 years I complained to the National Marriot. They made it right and refunded all the money for the screens and microphone. But, it should have not escalated to that level.
We stayed 1 night. Our room was fine and the front desk staff was helpful. We ate dinner at the restaurant and our service was not good.
There for a meeting. The meeting room was very nice, staff was very attentive and the food was good too
Comfortable room, some of the buffet food was cold, beautiful renovations of mid-century building.
Parking here is very convenient for Chicago O'Hare Airport.
Nice rooms, accommodating staff when we asked for a fridge, clean, food was pricey but that s to be expected. Would recommend.
Great experience, facilities and staff were outstanding for the services utilized during this visit.
No free WiFi when paying this much wifi needs to be free
Only went into one of the conference rooms. Pretty nice looking place
Near O'Hare (3 miles), nice rooms, great common areas, good hotel for group meetings and every staff member In met was awesome. Will be back.
I was here for a conference and stayed overnight for 1 night. The room was up to Marriott standard. The hotel shuttle was so slow and infrequent that I waited in the shuttle area for about 30 minutes, during which multiple hotel shuttles had passed by for all other hotels. Plus even though this hotel is literally right next to the airport, due to the poor road design it actually took a good 15 to 20 minutes drive to get here... advice is plan plenty of time if you are using the shuttle service.
We have been coming to this hotel for birthday parties for a number of years. They have always been reasonably priced and have provided great customer service. After the recent remodel they are even better. The pool is well maintained and the facilities are all top-notch. The guest rooms are equipped for the technology-savvy guest and all in all it was a great experience
Fantastic check-in experience. Made me & my party really feel welcomed!
Attended a convention and I like it best environment
Great service by the nice Polish lady at the bar/restaurant. Nice pool area if the weather is OK. Train station to downtown is a short walk, as is Mariano's to stock up on groceries. A suitable option for the airport area. Outlet mall 5 minutes drive with Lyft.
Very expensive. You are charged for every little thing separately.
Comfortable hotel near the airport. I wish the parking was free.
Quick check-in, friendly staff, the concierge lounge had breakfast and evening snacks
The staff was extremely plesent especially extremely early in the morning. I've never met a group of people who were extremely happy at 4 am
About what you'd expect for an airport hotel. Everything is a little worn, but still generally clean. Nice bar, nice concierge level. But I was bummed that my 12th floor room had a patio that was permanently closed. It looked like it was about to fall off.
The people at the front desk were very warm and friendly, the bartender was very kind and helpful. The wait staff at the restaurant were very catty and arrogant. There was a hint I was smell of old cigarette smoke as you walked in the hallways towards the room. However, the rooms were clean, well kept and in great shape. The balconies very nice as well.
I've stayed at this property man, many times. The room is quiet and comfortable. Well maintained and well appointed. The lobby, conference room and bar lobby are expansive and well laid out for flow and to keep the it from being cluttered. The bar is small, but well staffed and stays open late. The restaurant is very nice with fine-dining choices for dinner and a fairly standard breakfast menu. There is a fee for parking and the gate runs off your room key. There is access to the train a short walk away and the access to Ohare is great.
Room was nice and staff was super friendly. Only stayed for one night before flying out first thing the next morning, but would definitely stay again.
I really like this hotel. The location is ideal for the airport. The rooms are great. One of the things I like most about this hotel location is that you there is a train (blue line) stop (Cumberland) basically in the parking lot. The Blue Line goes into downtown Chicago. It's a quick 20 to 30 min ride. I've made it many times without any issues.
This place is pretty nice. The staff is professional, and the rooms are clean and up to date. I didn't get a chance to use the fitness center, but it looked like one of the better ones I've seen.
Went to the Marriott O'Hare for a convention, food was good, desert was excellent. Clean automsphere, bathrooms very clean. Service was great.
Used points so we got onto one of the private floors and it's very quiet, so that's very appreciated. Other meals I the restaurant downstairs have been fine, but today's lunch had poor service. Good is tasty and well prepared. Rooms are clean and they even took the frame of the bed outfrom under of need so my mom could get in and out by herself (lowered it enough). Bathrooms are a bit small. Overall, nice stay.
Great facilities. Was there for a conference. Did not stay overnight.
Nice hotel, but their idea of a king size bed is actually a full.
Great location (close to O'Hare), customer service, amenities and comfortable bed.
Great parking and super nice hotel. Prices are a little steep.
The concierge lounge had an inspired range of hors d'oeuvres.
Very nice hotel close to the airport. Not a lot of food options within walking distance, but several places to eat within a short uber. Top-notch workout facility. Nice indoor pool. Restaurant has great food and good service.
Nice accommodations. Staff at desk and restaurant very nice. Very close to the airport but otherwise isolated from dining, nightlife, and tourist destinations.
Nice hotel and rooms. Indoor pool, fitness center an restaurant. Close to other stores and restaurants as well. Parking kind of pricey.
I was there for a VMUG event. The conference rooms were nice, clean bathrooms, good food. No complaints. I did not stay at the hotel. I also did not have to pay for parking because the machine was broken, so that was a plus!
Really clean room, great staff, great breakfast, really close to the airport and public transportation. I stayed here a weekend when I was visiting downtown Chicago. Great place if you dont want to pay more for space downtown and you dont mind the little bit of the distance
Nice and clean environment with a good amount of space.
A great hotel. Close to Rivers Casino. (Short cab ride). They should have some deals worth a little effort.
Small rooms, air conditioning barely works, beds are super small and pillows are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced, small and go completely flat within seconds... Windows open to pool area where light is coming in even with blinds closed.
Great atomosphere,I was here for a baby expo, the ballroom was nice and clean and so was their bathrooms.
friendly staff, big rooms ...very comfortable beds...
Good location and reasonably priced rooms. Big parking lot
Great place to stay. The cleaning staff was kind and the beds were extremely comfortable.
I have up coming wedding shoot at this location and I went there to see the venue with my clients. Customer service is excellent, very friendly staff and beautiful ballrooms
Any airport with its own subway terminal is the business. Booyakasha!
Great people great location and excellent view from the 11th floor!
Nice staff, accomadting room, good gym. Nice shuttle to the airport
Nice place. Had lunch at the restaurant was awesome
