The ballroom was set up nicely for learning. Audio was good, no issues hearing. Visuals were able to be seen without any issues. Snacks and meals were great. Staff was great, accommodating and very courteous

This is an older hotel that has been fairly decently updated but has a great location near the airport. It is in the Rosemont area which lately has increased its amount of offerings for Travelers. And the past, if you were staying in Rosemont, it could be rather boring with no good restaurants unless you caught a train into the city. Now, there is enough to do and keep you satiated.

Nice hotel, close to the airport, with a shuttle to the terminals every 30 minutes. Rooms are standard Marriott issue, with comfy beds and linens, decent AC, and plenty of outlets. No mini-fridge, but otherwise no complaints. Concierge lounge has an honor bar and snacks in the evenings.

There's no denying it this is the best hotel I've ever been to me and my family go every year and it's just as good as the last time we went maybe even better, this is a perfect family trip for the kids and for the parents. They're the only hotel that I've seen that has an indoor outdoor pool it's so fun the hot tub is relaxing and always at the perfect temperature. This hotel is the most perfect hotel for parties I have ever seen

Okay, so some of you haters back off. The service in this place was amazing. We ordered a round of strawberry daquiries prepared by Krystal were amazing. Secret ingridient, 7UP. Staff is amazing, facilitoes were great. Thumbs up, all the way.

I would give staff a 5 star, they are willing to do anything to make your visit more accommodating. The pool was nice to have, water was a tad cool as it's indoor/outdoor. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were feather and fell flat. There is no fridge in the room to keep drinks cold and no air conditioner in winter so for people who normally keep the temps around 64, the room stayed in the 71 degree area to make it feel uncomfortable. Opening the door to hallway was only way to cool the room down.

We have used a lot of hotels for conferences. We have used this one many times. The recent experience has drove us to other hotels for good. They wanted $7,300 for two projection screens and a live microphone at the podium. Granted it was a 3 day conference, but that is over the top. When confronted all they did was dance around and make excuses. The bill (at most) should have been 1/4 that. For the first time in 17 years I complained to the National Marriot. They made it right and refunded all the money for the screens and microphone. But, it should have not escalated to that level.

I was here for a conference and stayed overnight for 1 night. The room was up to Marriott standard. The hotel shuttle was so slow and infrequent that I waited in the shuttle area for about 30 minutes, during which multiple hotel shuttles had passed by for all other hotels. Plus even though this hotel is literally right next to the airport, due to the poor road design it actually took a good 15 to 20 minutes drive to get here... advice is plan plenty of time if you are using the shuttle service.

We have been coming to this hotel for birthday parties for a number of years. They have always been reasonably priced and have provided great customer service. After the recent remodel they are even better. The pool is well maintained and the facilities are all top-notch. The guest rooms are equipped for the technology-savvy guest and all in all it was a great experience

Great service by the nice Polish lady at the bar/restaurant. Nice pool area if the weather is OK. Train station to downtown is a short walk, as is Mariano's to stock up on groceries. A suitable option for the airport area. Outlet mall 5 minutes drive with Lyft.

About what you'd expect for an airport hotel. Everything is a little worn, but still generally clean. Nice bar, nice concierge level. But I was bummed that my 12th floor room had a patio that was permanently closed. It looked like it was about to fall off.

The people at the front desk were very warm and friendly, the bartender was very kind and helpful. The wait staff at the restaurant were very catty and arrogant. There was a hint I was smell of old cigarette smoke as you walked in the hallways towards the room. However, the rooms were clean, well kept and in great shape. The balconies very nice as well.

I've stayed at this property man, many times. The room is quiet and comfortable. Well maintained and well appointed. The lobby, conference room and bar lobby are expansive and well laid out for flow and to keep the it from being cluttered. The bar is small, but well staffed and stays open late. The restaurant is very nice with fine-dining choices for dinner and a fairly standard breakfast menu. There is a fee for parking and the gate runs off your room key. There is access to the train a short walk away and the access to Ohare is great.

I really like this hotel. The location is ideal for the airport. The rooms are great. One of the things I like most about this hotel location is that you there is a train (blue line) stop (Cumberland) basically in the parking lot. The Blue Line goes into downtown Chicago. It's a quick 20 to 30 min ride. I've made it many times without any issues.

This place is pretty nice. The staff is professional, and the rooms are clean and up to date. I didn't get a chance to use the fitness center, but it looked like one of the better ones I've seen.

Used points so we got onto one of the private floors and it's very quiet, so that's very appreciated. Other meals I the restaurant downstairs have been fine, but today's lunch had poor service. Good is tasty and well prepared. Rooms are clean and they even took the frame of the bed outfrom under of need so my mom could get in and out by herself (lowered it enough). Bathrooms are a bit small. Overall, nice stay.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. Not a lot of food options within walking distance, but several places to eat within a short uber. Top-notch workout facility. Nice indoor pool. Restaurant has great food and good service.

I was there for a VMUG event. The conference rooms were nice, clean bathrooms, good food. No complaints. I did not stay at the hotel. I also did not have to pay for parking because the machine was broken, so that was a plus!

Really clean room, great staff, great breakfast, really close to the airport and public transportation. I stayed here a weekend when I was visiting downtown Chicago. Great place if you dont want to pay more for space downtown and you dont mind the little bit of the distance

Small rooms, air conditioning barely works, beds are super small and pillows are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced, small and go completely flat within seconds... Windows open to pool area where light is coming in even with blinds closed.
