The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was very nice and looked very clean; however, there was a weird smell in there. It was like someone had cooked a greasy meal and the room never really aired out. The bed was really hard, which I don't like, but I know a lot of people do. There was construction going on at the resort and the roads nearby were really hard to navigate. Parking was also very limited due to construction, and we ended up having to park down the road when we came back from dinner. Overall, not bad for the price we paid, especially in Park City where you could easily spend $400 a night for a decent room. Not sure I would stay there again though, because of the hard bed and the smell.

Nice Improvements every year.

Property does not age as would be expected. This is due to especially talented GM. Actually it just gets better. I say this because we see other places age without the best mgmt.

The room was awesome, we had Thanksgiving dinner and brought chairs and tables up to the room, after asking if and how many was needed. There was also the fun center for kids where they have TVs and games and activities for the kids to do. The view form the room was beautiful of the park city ski resort. Loved the experience and the pools and hot tubs was awesome!

Clean room. The extra blankets for the pullout beds were all stained and had the appearance of pee stains. Room service claimed the stains were caused by bleaching the blankets and the fresh blanket I requested also had stains. Unacceptable for a Marriott property. Other than that, all other staff were super friendly and helpful. Free drinks almost every day after skiing and other fun events.

Great hotel with lots to do.

Great hotel with lots to do.
I recommend reserving the villa it s like a mini apt you get all the appliances you need and you can save money by getting groceries and making your own meals at home washer and dryer on site as well.
Views are amazing and the room is clean, giant bath tub as well, modern style and great service.
They have different activities for children and adults in the evening after the ski/snowboarding lift close.
They have a gym where you can sign up for classes for free or just go and use whatever you want.
Heated pool and jacuzzi are amazing. Great location near shops and restaurants.
Will definitely be coming back here.

Wonderful hotel, large rooms, quiet rooms, nice views, big sunny windows, full kitchens, big jetted soaking tubs, comfy beds. The only downside is the parking... tiny spaces, hard to get in, only 1 space per room in the hotel and 1 more a few blocks away.

The rooms are decorated beautifully and were very clean when we checked in. They have a lot of hotel sponsored activities, a nice pool area with multiple hot tubs, and they are located right next to a zipline, the Alpine coaster and the alpine slide. They are also surrounded by many shops, mostly with winter gear, but it's also a great place for summer shopping and fun. The hotel's fitness center had a good amount of equipment and with free Wi-Fi throughout the facility you can stay connected. It's a fun place to stay in the winter and the summer! I really enjoyed my stay!

While the front desk attendant was rude, unhelpful, and snotty during our check in, we nonetheless enjoyed our stay at the resort. There are tons of activities, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the pool area is a lot of fun.

Family had a weekend stay just for fun. Studio rooms all tho small have everything you need. Can't wait to go again and get a two-bedroom suite for the family. Absolutely love the amenities especially the hot tubs with waterfalls.

This place is awesome! The staff goes out of their way to assure a great stay. The front desk staff, the activities directors, and concierge treat you like family. Janella spent so much time helping me get acquainted and treated me like the only guest there. Kay took my calls and questions before I even got here and called in from her home to let me know it was snowing in Cottonwood. I told her that s what I wanted to see most and Park City did not have any. Definitely will be back.

Rooms were clean, hot tubs were great, activities were fun and family oriented. It seems like they are always trying to improve something while we are here, but it is usually for the better.

Love this place. Been going here during the summer for well over 10 years. The only thing I wish is that there were more restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

The pool and hot tubs are great, gym is adequate, kids play room is great, the resort summer activities (little rides, claiming wall, Alpine slide/zip line/coaster) are all fun. Mountain biking is great too.

If you're a vendor to do stuff for Legacy Lodge this pull around is the closest to the venue or else you have to walk down a big hill, this place is not ADA friendly and I will be making a note to them as well which is why every vendor uses the turn around at Marriot to unload however the douchbag manager who thinks he's awesome and no compassion for anyone will have your car towed away. If you look at the dude he'll look away and act like hes taking pictures of the hotel lol, he'll tow your car but won't face to talk to you about it. Avoid using this hotel.

We absolutely loved our summer stay here. The hotel was extremely clean, well-maintained, had a great selection of activities, and each staff member we met was friendly, helpful and personable (a few names I remember were Denise, Amber and Chloe from concierge & activities). We loved the scenic views, the convenient walk to Main Street and the lovely outdoor amenities (fire pits, rocking chairs, grills, etc) that surrounded the pool. I also loved the ability to relax and be a responsible adult at the pool without too many unnecessary rules many have (i.e. small floats and adult beverages were acceptable). I truly can't wait to visit and stay here again!

I visited this resort with my family. We love the rooms, the pool, the hot tubs and the daily activities. I love that there are two chair lifts right outside the front door! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't wait until my next visit!

this is our first experiance with Marriott Vacation Club and it was fantastic. Perfect location for the hotel as it is walking distsnce to downtown snd the base of the ski resort. The rooms are updated and spacious. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it had plenty of room for my family of 6. We even had space to invite and spend time with relative we have in the area.

Great hotel. The pool and Jacuzzi s are extremely well kept and enjoyable to play around in. The attractions right at the resort are awesome with the bobsled and roller coaster being real fun even as an adult. The hiking and mountain biking right from their facility is top-notch. Highly recommend this.

Absolutely loved this perfectly family friendly hotel. It had everything we needed to keep our extremely active one year old boy busy. The employees were so kind and we loved the daily activities that were available. Best Park City hotel for families!

The hotel is seemingly nice but the bedsheets are terrible! Nice scenery doesn't matter if you can't get any sleep at night... I felt like I was sleeping on sandpaper. The room was extremely stuffy as well. The cooling system didn't seem to keep up with the demand so it just got hotter and hotter even though I turned it down to 60. Opening the window was a joke because of the commotion going on outside. There were service trucks pulling in and out all night beeping and blasting their radios. Writing this review makes me seem like an old cranky grandma... Do you want to stay in a hotel that turns a 30 year old man into an old cranky grandma? I slept probably 4 hours. And let me reiterate, these bedsheets are about the cheapest things out there. I'd rather go buy $10 sheets from Walmart than sleep with Marriott sheets again. Given the room was $265 per night, I feel very dissatisfied.

The only reason for this rating is the location. Every other aspect of this vacation club are subpar. English is a second language so trouble understanding instructions by the cleaning crew exists. As a result you may or may not get fresh towels, room cleaning and proper room supplies. Studios are said to be for 4 people yet during our stay there were dishes in the kitchenette for only one or two people. Dirty towels were only occasionally replaced. Only on the last day dish washing supplied were provided. Concierge service is really is a sales operation for Vacation Club pitches. When asked about Marriot elite membership benefits..I was told that they don't exist for this property.
The advertised room washer/dryer don't exist in the studios. The facility supplies a basket and detergent for the free laundry machines located on a different floor.
No restaurant or fast food kitchen on site! Must eat elsewhere. Main Street is a free bus ride away.
Great location, nice kids play area, but in my opinion a sub-par vacation club..not a resort.
