Marriott Mountainside Resort Review

Room was beautiful and spacious, staff was friendly, tub was amazing!

Exvellent place. Only issues were underage kids in the gym and unsupervised kids in the pool area.

We had a great week at the mountainside. We have been coming to this property for 17 years and love it. The new furniture is not as comfortable as the old furniture was but who cares when you are going outside most of the time anyway.

this is the place to go if you want enjoy snow, ski and good time.
we suppose stay there for 7 days but we only spent two, my Father in law dies and we have to go back home

I adore staying here, it's so gorgeous. It's good for little one night getaways or a week long vacation. Like every other Marriott, it's clean and cozy.

My wife and I were verbally abused and physically threatened when we refused to buy timeshares in the Marriott vacation club. The hotel is great, don't don't attend the sales meeting.

Resort? There is nothing resort about this place. Hotel has a fake impression. Nice on the outside but outdated and bland on the inside. Food was rediculously bad along with no resort features. Rooms were incredibly small and hot water was a hit or miss.
Oh and can't forget about the head lice that were found in my children's hair after the first night sleeping on the pull out couch. Funny how neither my wife or I picked up any lice and they insinuated that we brought the bugs. One of my sons has thin bright blonde hair that you would easily see ANYTHING in his hair. None were found in the car, beds at home, or anywhere else. We left the next day cutting our trip early and making it absolutely pointless to have gone. I spent well over $2500 leaving that hotel early and it was well worth it. The hotel and corporate office refused to reimburse our stay there but their insurance will pay for treatment of the lice. Doesn't make much sense. I own a vacation home and would never treat my guests this way. I will never stay at a Marriot again!

Nice hotel, very clean and the employees are friendly.

Great place. It is located right at Park City Mountain Resort so there's tons to do right out the door. The room was very nice. The pool/hot tubs were quite great and the kids loved them.

Rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly. Would definitely return.

Ideal location; located at the base of a mtn. Bike/ski rentals are right outside the door. Lift is also located right outside as well as slides and a coaster.

Is is a great place to learn and have fun free movies and most of the time free and fun activities

We have been owners for many years at Marriott's Mountainside Resort. We love the family atmosphere and the friendly staff.

Pool was great and the kids loved the game rooms. Nice workout room and very comfortable accomodations in the actual rooms.

People make the business and every staff member we encountered at Mountainside was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!!

I went to visit my sister who was staying over night and the hotel itself was very nice. The magic show we ended up seeing was not great though. Barely any slight of hand, and he sold a version of every trick he did. Basically just advertising for crappy tricks. The pools we're lovely and I wish I had gone swimming.

This location really sets the standard for vacation. I was always greeted when walked in, clean amenities, lots of evening events for guests to participate.

The Alpine coasters are fun but they are waaay over priced

The amenities provided were really nice. The night we were they they had a communal painting night/wine and chocolate tasting. It was very fun! The only thing I would say that I didn't enjoy was all the extra fees it took to enjoy the amenities they offer.

This place is very high end, lots of hot tubs and ski in- ski out. Only thing I didn't like was no breakfast.

Large, clean rooms with a very nice heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Easy 15 minute walk to Main St. as well as next to the alpine slide, zip line and mountain biking trail. Visited in the summer but would be amazing in the winter with the chair lift literally next to the pool.

Hotel front desk is very dishonest, this hotel claims a lot of amenities but notice most will be closed. Although the property is nice. I could not recommend this hotel.

We always enjoy our time at the Marriott. It is warm and welcoming.

Marriott Mountainside is one of our favorite family places to go! Their service is impressive. The people are outstanding. They have so many fun activities. It is truly family friendly. You really can't find any better!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return. The parking onsite is somewhat limited but I was able to find a space. The pool and hot tub layout is also excellent! The staff was also very friendly and helpful whenever I needed their assistance. The only very minor issue I experienced was the shower drain would not stay up so the tub kept filling up during a shower.

This is a great location, right next to the ski lift. The staff was amazing. They were all friendly and attentive especially Brandon at the front desk.

We are loving our vacation and the Marriott mountainside the lifts are close by our kids just have to get out of the resort and they get to the lift right away they have the lifts for beginners and intermediate and advanced super close the resort is very luxurious clean and safe, everything is within walking distance from rental the slopes and all the activities

Beautiful views, great kid activities, amazing hot tubs! Very clean, beautiful place to stay!!

The condos are lovely. The location is wonderful for slope access. I didn't really care for the table being attached to the kitchen counter. Also, there are condos in the area with indoor pools, but not this one, which is unfortunate.

This place has been my family's vacation home for many years. No complaints. We'll be back next year

Desk staff left something to be desired. Inconsistent answers and a bit of attitude. Rooms were OK. can't say I'll be back anytime soon

We make a yearly trip to the Marriott Mountainside in Park City. The kids love it for all the great activity's on sure or the numerous things the area has to offer. The resort itself is very well maintained and very enjoyable to stay at each year. The staff are more than happy to make the trip great. Highly recommended this as a destination.

Love being next the the resort! The improved game room has been fun for my kids, and we love playing at the pool. Nice rooms too.

Resort is very nice, staff is very helpful and accommodating. Only complaint would be on the sofa bed we stayed on, it was very hard.

Great hotel, but parking was very far from our room

At Marriott Mountainside in Park City. I pull out sheets and this is in sheets, bugs. Asked for a feather free room and comforter was feather . Needed feather free because of allergies. Replace comforter with the blankets that are the closet because they are out of comforters. So frustrated with Marriott. Never staying here again.
