For charity!! Let the poor information workers rest in peace! They did not have to work too much! Although I have seen that in terms of clashing with loroloro, that does not weigh at all! Indeed after making me wait 10 minutes before deigning a word, I have also answered rudely! This city hall is really disgusting !! Especially those who work there !! Lavatori from the first to the last !! You should go for a nice course of at least two years, on how you are going to the public, before receiving your big salaries, not to make a saw from morning to afternoon! (because they work only in the morning and twice a week in the afternoon!) horror right!

We pay taxes for clogged drains and broken roads not to mention another beautiful crap

I have been in Viareggio for 10 days with 2 grandchildren and the other 3 grandparents. Unfortunately I found it really dirty: the sidewalks are impassable, (we have a stroller and a small granddaughter) to pass we are forced to do the slalom between excrement and objects of various kinds (furnishings, garbage of all kinds and bicycles) or walk in street (via Leopardi)
There are no waste baskets, if not on the seafront, then let's not talk about the pine forest, really disgusting, waste bags everywhere, no maintenance
It's a pity, I expected more cleanliness and respect for citizens and tourists
I don't feel sure to recommend Viareggio as a tourist destination

The place is wonderful but too many blue and very few white lines

Yesterday I was on a walk and I noticed the waste bins with recycling. An excellent starting point to revive a city that really needs it. Tourists notice much more detail than we imagine and the level at which Viareggio has reduced is at the limit of the acceptable.
However we hope for a continuous improvement also in view of the Carnival and the new summer season. Strength and courage!

Town Hall ... smiling, kind and helpful people, place to do most of the bureaucracy, located in Piazza Nieri e Paolini, in front there is a large parking lot and behind there are racks for bicycles.

Easy to access but hard to get out of it satisfied ...

Once an elegant holiday resort, today thanks to years of PD administrations, an open-air sewer. Degradation, garbage and crime are widespread everywhere.
Such a pity

After a few years of not attending I found a big change for the better, a kind and safe welcome and at the id document counter. a professional and kind employee. Community money well spent .....

For the experience gained today at the concessions office: very kind, helpful and competent staff.

I was unfortunate enough today to use the services or may I say the non service of the women who works in window 4 of the Viareggio council office , she makes me think how sad it is that we still have people in these positions that should have no contact with the public. Words cannot describe how rude this woman is the public really deserves better , the gentleman who processes the ID cards and protocol are both very polite and efficient. ( 5 stars for them )
