Pool closed.....again, no outdoor space to relax as they close the whole pool area too.

Was there for a seminar, the meeting room was slightly small

The restaurant ambience is very good. The service and facility is also good. If you are looking for place of stay it would be a great choice.

The food is very average. I visited for iftar during Ramadan. They have lots of different dishes, but most of them were cold and didn't appear fresh. The taste was just average compared to other restaurants of same category.

The hotel it's amazing. The staff take care of you and they are trying to make you feel like a 5 star hotel in every detail. The food its wonderful, the chefs cook it with a lot of professionalism, detail and love. The waiters and supervisors are always there to make your breakfast/dinner more pleasant. It's one of the best hotels you can rent

The hotel was good; nothing to complain about except the automata on reception. I was unfortunate enough to pick up a stomach bug on the eve of my return flights home. Oh! How I was ill! On checking out, with me as white as a sheet, I was asked, "how was your stay sir?". I said, "fine, but for the stomach bug". Their concern, which was profound at first, evaporated as soon as I confirmed it had nothing to do with the hotel. No complaints about the hotel; it was really nice but I wish there were humans with emotional intelligence on reception capable of responding appropriately and not to a predefined script- within its limits!!

Its not as expected but also not bad. I would say it is a 4 star rank in my opinion.

We had a very nice Ramadan I-ftar there, which was provided by Delta Airlines.

Marvelous stay. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast was good in choice fresh and tasty. Fairly saying after that didn't eat till tomorrow morning. Room was very quiet and calming. Pure pleasure. Don't take me wrong - hotel class, it means simple, but on much better side.

Basic courtyard Marriott. Drab, old, depressing but location is fantastic for a quick 1 night stop. Their breakfast is barely edible with low quality ingredients but worth the 1 KWD on top of the room rate they charge for it. Room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. The customer service is a good 8/10. Though beware of the bad tempered gate keeper. People take advantage of the hotels valet service due to the lack of parking in the area hence the toughness trying to get in. Valet takes ages to bring a car so hop on over the Arabica for a takeaway coffee. Don t worry you will always make it before your car does. The mall next door is just like the hotel in its feel. Would stay again just for a quick drop in to town for some meetings but I d recommend the Sheraton if you have the extra budget.

Excellent and comfortable and there is in the center of the capital Kuwait, but its price for you Shui because it 5 stars.

Special Iftar buffet for Ramadan is a very worthwhile affair. Great selection of dishes and friendly staff. If you have the opportunity, take it.

Fantastic 5 star hotel with very clean room and very helpful staff .

Good place stay for business travels. Staff helped me with early checkin. Spacious rooms, Conference rooms are good, Indian restaurant in hotel serves tasty food and staff are friendly. They have a Airport shuttle for every one hour.
Overall it's a good experience.

And close to Mubarakiya, less than 5 minutes by car
The service is good and the rooms are spacious
The price is slightly high

The buffet during the month of Ramadan is Fantastic. I highly highly recommend it for friends and families. Friendly and helpful staff.

Used to be a great place but my last visit was miserable. I am a member in Marriott loyalty program and I called in advance to make sure all preparation was ready nevertheless it was all messed up. The room key cards was changed 3 times (not working) in a single day. Room service was terrible had a problem with every order. I even had hair on my steak. Customer service is terrible. I spent more time in the lobby than the time in my room. THEY FALSIFIED BILLS when I went to checkout !!! When I asked to see my bills they tried to mislead me . but then when I insist to see the bills they said it was a mistake.
They stole a bag full of different things I just bought and they didn't even compensate me on what was stolen from my room.

In addition their swimming pool is always under maintenance so don't count on it.

There are a lot of hotels in Kuwait .. don't you even think of going to this hotel.

Fantastic view and location. Price is little bit expensive. Comparing to others in Kuwait, it is affordable level. Room is clean, and people are kind.

There is only one thing I can not give 5 stars. Food. Restaurant is not as good as we expected for this level hotel.

Other than restaurant, everything is good.

Posting from girlfriend's account: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On arrival, I forgot my phone in the taxi, they tracked it down and sent a driver to pick it up from the airport taxi company. I got it back that same night. I was very impressed with the quality of their service.

Nice hotel but you must make sure of the correct direction of Qiblah when praying

One of the good hotels near the Kuwait City, the business hub of Kuwait. One can walk around and find good eateries around the hotel. There is a mall just adjacent to the hotel
