Used to be a great place but my last visit was miserable. I am a member in Marriott loyalty program and I called in advance to make sure all preparation was ready nevertheless it was all messed up. The room key cards was changed 3 times (not working) in a single day. Room service was terrible had a problem with every order. I even had hair on my steak. Customer service is terrible. I spent more time in the lobby than the time in my room. THEY FALSIFIED BILLS when I went to checkout !!! When I asked to see my bills they tried to mislead me . but then when I insist to see the bills they said it was a mistake.
They stole a bag full of different things I just bought and they didn't even compensate me on what was stolen from my room.

In addition their swimming pool is always under maintenance so don't count on it.

There are a lot of hotels in Kuwait .. don't you even think of going to this hotel.
